If you're in Barcelona, you need to make a point to visit Asante Cafe. The Eggs Benedict was outstanding, with the most realistic and tasty vegan eggs I've ever tried. The hollandaise sauce was perfect, as was the guacamole.

I went two days in a row, once alone and once to share the vegan eggs benedict hype with a non-vegan veganism enthusiast. Let's say we were both perplexed.
The eggs benedict are undoubtedly the star of the show (it's also, justifiably, their only main dish).
After not consuming eggs for almost a decade, I have to say this is the best veganized version of egg I've EVER tried! Simply amazing what they managed to achieve!
The whole dish was scrumptious!
Looking forward to what their next move is if they ever decide to expand the menu.
Apart from the eggs benedict I also tried the mozarella toast, the coconut-caramel desert and their oreo cheesecake.
Oh, and almost forgot: unique and delicious drinks as well!

This is the sweetest little spot with the most incredible specialty vegan eggs Benedict. It’s clearly a labour of love to the owners, and it’s not just an unbelievable replica of a non-vegan dish, but better than it too. Ran by the loveliest people who couldn’t be more kind and helpful, we came here twice and tried the Benedict & the ham and cheese toastie. Both were out of this world and the coffee was perfect too. You HAVE to come here when visiting the city.

I had the most delicious 100% plant-based reproduction of an egg (soft-boiled style) I've ever tasted. Absolutely amazing. The dish is called Eggs Benedict Classic. Comí la reproducción 100% vegetal del huevo (tipo pasado por agua) más rica de todas. Algo espectacular. El plato se llama Eggs Benedict Classic. También lleva queso y jamón con una salsita de aguacate deliciosa. Una cosa impresionante. Muy bien hecho. ¡Gracias!
