Amazing! Do not miss this place. - Edit
Absolutely delicious food. Staff really friendly and reasonably priced. A lot of care taken on flavours and food presentation. It looks a bit hippie inside but don’t let that put you off a wonderful meal.

Veg-a-mundo! - Edit
Located in central Porto close to the popular tour bus routes, Arvore do Mundo offers set menu combinations based on that day's specials.
Read moreI visited for lunch and got 3 courses and a drink for €10. The vegetable soup was delicious and the spicy bean main was both tasty and filling, accompanied by brightly coloured salad.
Dining takes place in pleasant surroundings, including an outdoor areas in a secluded square away from the busy streets which provides a welcome break from the bustle of sightseeing.
Arvore do Mundo offers excellent value and superb vegan food in a welcoming restaurant that's definitely worth a visit.
Pros: Very good food , Quiet outdoor seating area , Great value

Best Restaurant of porto - Edit
This was the best place in Porto we went to eat. Delicious food, homemade lemonade and nice staff. It was a bit complicated to find because it's located behind another building but it is worth it.

Very good vegan restaurant in Porto - Edit
Arvore do Mundo is a good vegan restaurant in the center of Porto. It offers a very good vegan cheese plate, even if we can expect more cheese (they are so good), and vegan traditional Portuguese dishes. The staff is friendly and the place is nice. We find thay prices are a bit high for what you get both in terms of quality and quantity. But it remains a good find in Porto!

Delicious food, great price, wonderful staff - Edit
We have eaten like (vegan) kings here in Porto, but today I had my favourite meal here. The €10 lunch deal is a bargain; starter, soup, main dish and a drink. We had black olive tapenade to start, then vegetable, beetroot and watercress soup. The main dish was a vegan take on baked salt cod, with tofu and leeks all bound together in some delicious way and baked in the oven, served with a yummy salad. We drank homemade strawberry and mint juice and white wine (because at €1.50 a glass why wouldn’t you?), and finished things off with their ‘chocolate salami’ made with peanuts and puffed rice, with cinnamon, coconut and strawberries. They have a lovely little courtyard away from the traffic, the staff are wonderful and the food was out of this world.

Best vegan place in Porto - Edit
Amazing place! The staff was very attentive. We had a great lunch. The 10€ menu included appetizer, soup, a hot dish and a drink. So much value for this price. Everything tested great and was presented with choreography and fantasy. Pity it was open for lunch only otherwise we would have come back for dinner too! Definitely recommend it.

Amazing place! - Edit
This was our favorite vegan restaurant in Porto. It is best to make a reservation to eat here. It fills up quickly with local people and people traveling through Porto. The dishes are all vegan, local, and organic. Each day the chef offers a surprise special and you can get many courses that are unique to that particular day. All of their food is so amazing, including their desserts. The best part is that they give you an opportunity to try local Portuguese dishes, but vegan style of course. We would highly recommend this place.

Unique, delicious and homely! - Edit
I came here for dinner and had the special dish of the day, a vegan variation of the traditional Portuguese dish Dobrada with white beans. The flavours worked beautifully together and it was perfectly spiced! The waiters are some of the friendliest people and made me feel like I was at home, I sat in the terrace and they offered me a blanket when it got colder. The creme brulé is a must-have. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in Porto!

We were greeted by a wonderful staff with a great, clean restaurant. Despite the limited dining options, the food we received was both colorful and delicious! We really enjoyed our experience and I personally recommend the chocolate salami cake. Order 2!

One of the best - Edit
This restaurant has a great atmosphere and a great Service, the food is more on the healthy side but even as someone, who likes to eat what he pleases, I was more than happy to have discovered the place.
Read moreThe wine with the daily menu was great and the combination of different vegetatables and flavours on the plate made this visit one of the best I had in a Restaurant since I have become a vegan.
P.S.: I was shocked how less I had to pay for everything, but that seems to be a "Porto thing".
Pros: Great Wine , Affordable, Friendly Staff

Lucky to find a table without booking, we had the delicious cheese boards, very tasty. I had then a burger with shiitake, it first looked thin and small but it was very tasty too and I liked it.

Extraordinary - Edit
Truly an extraordinary meal and experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was incredible. The cheeses are wonderful and they bring you SO MUCH DELICIOUS BREAD with each starter. Everything was wonderful. It is a small restaurant though and it does fill up so get here when it opens or you might miss out!

Food from the heart - Edit
The food tastes so honest and good, we loved it. It's also a great chance to try some of the best vegan cheese we've ever had. But the food is just one thing. Even better is the staff. Whoever we met was warm hearted, incredibly respectful and open minded. All in all an unforgettable experience in a very familial environment and we hope that more people will come and appreciate this little Paradies on earth.
