Best restaurant experience ever - Edit
We ate 9 course tasting menu with the wine pairing. We received the best hospitality from the entire staff, and Jonathan did an amazing job with the wine pairings! I’m not the biggest fun of desserts, but the deserts at Ark blew my mind. The presentation of the dishes was stunning. Thank you!

ARK exceeded all expectations. Every dish was beautifully presented, creative, and absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and you can really feel the passion and attention to detail in every course. The service was warm and professional, making the whole experience even more special. One of the best vegan fine dining experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

My wife (non-vegan) booked us for a creative and spectacular meal. We spent 3 very quick hours enjoying dish after dish of this inspired culinary delight. The very attentive staff was well-versed in sharing details of ingredients, preparation and other pointers about each plate. It was incredible innovative and worked visually in addition to the delicious nature of each course.

We were very sceptical at first having to pay this much for a dinner. But are sceptical were put to shame. We got served a total of 11 dishes with wine pairing.

Everything was so elegant I kinnda felt out of place, but we were welcomed with open arms and had small conversations with our waiter so soon that feeling went away.
The hours just flew by, and when we stepped out of the restaurant it was like we stepped out of another world.
You dont just pay for the food, you also pay for the experience!

The non-alcoholic pairing was absolutely amazing and perfectly matched the menu, even though I was very curious about the wine pairing as well. We had one of the best meals of our lives, non-vegan included. Every dish was memorable and had perfect balance and an umami flavour to it. Their homegrown mushrooms are amazing and perfectly combined with various local herbs and a Japanese touch. Even the desserts were delicious and really original, with flavour combinations we had never tasted before. And service was absolutely lovely as well! We would definitely recommend and love to visit again sometime! Thanks again for this wonderful evening ❤️

Very cool experience - a real indulgence - Edit
This restaurant is a real indulgence but a great experience. The dishes are all so thoughtful and the wine pairings are excellent. We also had a few cocktails before and after the meal which were also stellar. Each dish was incredibly interesting and well-thought out, with incredible flavors that were both surprising and exciting. Only one dish didn’t really work for me, and it was not the fault of the dish; it just wasn’t to my taste. Everything else ranged from great to excellent. Best of all, unlike other tasting menus I have tried, I didn’t feel overly stuffed at the end of the meal. I don’t know how they did it because it was a lot of courses, but nothing was too rich or too heavy or too large. It all just worked.
Read moreIt’s a hefty bill but worth it if you can afford it. The prestige wine pairing was as expensive as the meal (!!!) so that’s the place I would cut corners if needed. I think the regular wine pairing or just choosing a nice bottle of wine for the full meal would be equally nice. I’m glad I tried the prestige pairing but definitely got some sticker shock on that!

From the very beginning until the very end a wonderful experience. We had our menu with a mixed alcoholic-nonalcoholic pairing which was nice but we would say this part was not worth the extra money. We also thought the non-alcoholic drinks were much more enjoyable and more extravagant than the alcoholic drinks.
