Authentic Indian snacks

We’ve had food from these guys a few times now. Their samosas and dips are so good, as is the spring roll chaat (spring rolls smothered in chickpea curry). They’re also really nice friendly guys
Sometimes they can run out of options. One side the samosas split (the oil wasn’t hot enough) although they didn’t serve these (some quality control) but it meant we had to wait longer.
They used to be completely vegan but at the last event they were serving meat options too which is disappointing
