A VERY vegan-friendly health food center, grocery store, and cafe. They have lots of vegan options on the cafe menu, including all their smoothies, as well as vegan chik’n salad and bean salads. Recommended to try the Goin Zen smoothie with spinach, pineapple, and ginger, and the avocado bowl topped with vegan chik’n salad. Produce is largely organic and their spring mix is grown locally by Half Acre Farms. Frozen section is packed with vegan products, from Tofurkey hot pockets to Amy’s vegan mac 'n cheese and Beyond meat patties. "Dairy” products include mylks, cheese from Daiya & Follow Your Heart, butter from Miyokos, as well as Tofutti sour cream and cream cheese. Located in South Oak Cliff. Has two other locations. Open Mon-Sat 8:30am-7:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-5:00pm.

Just discovered this gem!

I was craving some vegan ready made food. Checked Happy Cow and finally decided to check out Ann's. I'm so glad I did!. I got the vegan chicken sandwich. So good! I'm so glad there's another place nearby where I can get a great vegan lunch.

Pros: Vegan stuff galore

Cons: None

Ok.

Need more options available. A few food items there. They sell smoothies, premade salads/meals, etc. You can buy a sandwhich there.

Vegan-friendly Cafe and Grocery Store on Red Bird Lane

I’m obsessed with the range of vegan options at this little health food center and cafe in south Oak Cliff. Located in between Hair Galleria and Fitness Connection, this spot includes a ton of vegan smoothies, sandwiches, salads, and grocery items. My favorite smoothie is Goin Zen with spinach, pineapple, and ginger. I also love the avocado bowl topped with vegan chik’n salad. Everything is made in house and is similar to their original store on Zang, but all their best vegan products are there. Check out the refrigerated and frozen sections for a huge selection of vegan cheese, butter, sour cream, cream cheese, yogurts, hot pockets, pizza, donuts, and so much more.

Pros: Hard to find vegan products, Rare gem in Oak Cliff, Fresh cafe food with many vegan options

Cons: Limited hours, No stove or oven in cafe to make baked/cooked food, Not much seating
