Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Colorado Rocky Mountains, Grand Canyon, Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary (Massachusetts). Big Bend National Park (Texas), Saguaro National Park (Arizona), Carlsbad Caverns, Crater Lake. At this point I'd like to go anywhere, since I can't afford vacations anymore.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Hummus. falafel, avocados, Nate's Meatless Meatballs.
