If you would like to have a healthy "fast food" then this place is a good choice. Till 5 p.m. they offer self service, afterwards service at the table. The taste of the food is very good, fresh and enough.

Lots of options and the food is pretty good especially the vegetable wok with tofu. However the Thai was way too greasy and heavy on the stomach, they should go a little easier on the coconut milk I think.

We had the vegan burger and kumpir. Both were delicious but quite expensive. We can definitely recommend this place (you don't have lots of vegan options in the area anyways 😂)

Wir mussten ca 50 Minuten auf unser Essen warten, auch den Gästen am Nebentisch erging es so. Bei Ihnen entschuldigte man sich, bei uns nicht. Wir hatten das orientalische Kichererbsencurry mit Tofu und den asiatischen Gemüse-Wok mit Tofu. Auf beiden Gerichten waren 5 Tofuwürfel. Wenn ich mir anschaue, wieviel Rindfleisch im Vergleich auf den Gerichten ist, komme ich mir da etwas benachteiligt vor als Veganer.

Die Bedienung fragte den für die Curry- und Wok-Gerichte zuständigen Koch (offene Küche) und kam mit der Erklärung zurück, der Babyspinat sei in der Soße verarbeitet. Da fühle ich mich verar…t. Ich bin nicht blind. Es war kein Fitzelchen Grün in dem ganzen Curry zu sehen. Auf dem Bild im Internet sieht man den Babyspinat deutlich.
Geschmacklich war das Curry eher fad, die Soße vom Wok hatte einen süchtig-mach-Effekt, was mich an Glutamat denken lässt, ansonsten aber alles frisch vom Gemüse her.
Das Naan-Brot war lecker.
Als Nachtisch hatten wir uns auf den veganen Milchreis mit Erdbeersoße gefreut, zu dem uns dann gesagt wurde, den gebe es generell nicht mehr, er stände leider noch auf der Karte - ahja - (nebenbei auch noch im Internet), da komme ich mir dann wieder verar…t vor.
Der hausgemachte Kräutereistee war uns beiden viel zu süß.
Der Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wahrscheinlich hatten wir einfach nur Pech an diesem Abend, leider ist der Urlaub nun um und es war die Tage zuvor immer sehr schnell ausgebucht.
Reservierung empfiehlt sich in der Hochsaison.
Pros: Viele vegane Optionen., Freundliches Personal
Cons: Lange Wartezeit und sehr laut., Wenig Tofu auf d. Gerichten und teils fehlt etwas, Speisen auf der Karte, die es nicht mehr gibt.

Wir kamen ohne Reservierung und bekamen den letzten freien Tisch. Fast jedes Essen kann veganisiert werden. Unsere Essen waren unglaublich lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Eistees sehr zu empfehlen. Der mit Himbeer ist sehr süß, die Zitronenvariante eher herb und erfrischend.

Uns wurde das Restaurant für veganes Essen empfohlen und da nicht viel zur Auswahl stand, ein Versuch wert. Wir hatten vorher reserviert, sonst hätten wir Innen auch keinen Platz mehr bekommen. Das vegane Essen war lecker und aus der Karte auch ersichtlich. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Hunde sind nur im Außenbereich erlaubt.

Laut Karte ist alles vegetarisch oder vegan aber jedes Gericht kann auch nur vegan serviert werden. Hatte selbst das rote Linsen Curry und meine Frau das „Mexico“. Hier musste die Knobisauce ausgetauscht werden. Es war beides sehr lecker. 😋

Wir sind extra nach Husum gefahren, da uns Alex Kitchen von Freunden empfohlen wurde. Leider konnten wir die tollen Gerichte nur von draußen bestaunen, da wir einen Hund dabei hatten und keine Flexibilität seitens des Ladens erkennbar war. Schade!

It’s a small and cozy place in the centre of Husum that offers outside seating during the summer months. It has a variety of vegan options and everything else can be modified to vegan as well when asked. They offer home made pasta, wok dishes, salads and burgers in the evening. There are also two vegan desert options: a banana bread and typical German Milchreis.

Absolutely delighted by the food, service and place. Lots of choices for vegans, almost all dishes can be veganized - try the Mezze Plate, some dish with the homemade pasta and leave some place for the dessert - you will not regret! Professional and attentive staff. Great possibilities to sit outside and enjoy a summer day or evening.

We went to Husum for a day trip and didn’t count with finding anything nice and vegan to go to. We were positively surprised to discover Alex Kitchen. The place is modern, the menu includes most common european options like burgers, pasta, salads, and sandwiches. The staff is young and friendly, they allowed us to charge our phones and brought us our order to the tables outside. I can recommend this place for a relaxed and tasty lunch or for a coffee break.
