Purtroppo la salsiccia vegana non c'era e non ho potuto provare la pizza "Salsiccia e Friarielli", peccato, e abbiamo optato per una "Siciliana" e una "Margherita".
Read moreLa pizza ha un buon impasto morbido, leggero e ben cotto, di quelle pizze che mangi anche il cornicione. Riguardo gli ingredienti, il pomodoro al sapore di basilico mi è piaciuto e anche le melanzane a funghetto saltate in padella.
Nota dolente per la mozzarella vegana che purtroppo era senza sapore, come se non ci fosse, però almeno non ha rovinato il gusto della pizza che comunque era gradevole.
Anche se nel menù ci sono pizze vegane credo che questa pizzeria sia molto ancorata alla tradizione e quindi non sia ancora pronta per offrire delle vere alternative.
Consiglio di implementare salumi e formaggi vegani oltre che una mozzarella con un po' di sapore in modo da poter ampliare la scelta con pizze del tipo "Capricciosa prosciutto cotto, pachino, olive, carciofini e mozzarella" oppure "Salame piccante e mozzarella" o ancora "mozzarella, pachino, scaglie di grana e rucola", o ancora "funghi, salsiccia e mozzarella", oppure "mozzarella prosciutto crudo e grana".
Se si vuole offrire una vera alternativa vegana ha senso investire su qualche ingrediente in più di qualità e tirare fuori molte più alternative. Ogni pizza può essere veganizzata rimanendo molto gustosa. Offrire solo mozzarella senza sapore non ha molto senso perchè si capisce che non c'è una vera propensione di accontentare i vegani ma solo un contentino tanto per far vedere.
Nel complesso la pizza è buona e leggera ma rimane una pizzeria per onnivori perchè un vegano difficilmente ci torna a meno che non piaccia la solita pizza con le verdurine. Un vegano spera di poter riassaporare i sapori che tanto gli piacevano (salumi, formaggi, mozzarelle, stracchino e spalmabili, salsicce, olive ascolane, pizzette fritte ripiene al formaggio e prosciutto, panzerotti etc.) ma in chiave vegana.
Tutte queste alternative esistono e si possono trovare al supermercato, perchè non proporle? Alla fine i costi delle pizze vegane sono più alti proprio per questo e non per fare finta di offrire false alternative vegane come al solito.
Sono un po' duro ma ho messo 3 stelle perchè per un onnivoro la pizzeria è ottima, non vedo perchè non renderla ottima anche per un vegano?
Alla ragazza che mi ha servito ho detto che la mozzarella era senza sapore e lei mi ha risposto: "È normale! È vegana!". Siamo ancora a questo punto, capite cosa voglio dire?
Pros: Impasto morbido, Verdure cotte bene e pomodoro al basilico, Salsiccia vegana da menù anche se mancava o finita

They have a lot of vegan pizzas with vegan mozzarella and vegan meat alternatives. I ate “La Pinuccio” and it was huge and very tasty with the sausage and mozzarella. Great service also! It was very funny with the waitresses 🌱👍🏻 If you ask they also have vegan dessert , this time it was vegan tiramisu. I was full so I didn’t try it. ❤️

They have several clearly marked vegan pizzas, all with vegan mozzarella. Further, the pizzas are good, though perhaps a bit dry, and definitely good value for money. The staff was friendly, and they were also flexible about omitting cheese from a salad we ordered.
