Adventist vegetarian restaurant that serves breakfast, salteñas, juices, lunch with salad bar and Bolivian food. Also has integral bakery, hamburgers and sillpancho. Vegans please tell staff you are vegan and they will point out options for you. Reported closed May 2023.

Bon restaurant - quand il est ouvert !

Situé au 1er étage, ce restaurant offre des menus du jour à 18 Bob (2019). Salade à volonté, soupe copieuse et plat principal. Bonne cuisine dans l'ensemble pour un bon rapport qualité-prix.
Les mardis et jeudis font des saltenas végétariennes pour 6bob.
Seule petite déception : à deux reprises nous sommes venus pendant les heures d'ouverture et nous avons trouvé porte close, sans aucune explication.

Mi favorito para ir acompañada de carnacas

Ojo con la ubicación: no está frente al mercado de Catalayud sino un poco más hacia occidente. El mejor lugar calidad- precio para degustar carnes veganas (supera a los Menta). El menú muy bien de precio pero además los jugos del menú cuando ya no hay menú por ser muy tarde, están a 2bs (unos 0,25€) y los platos riquísimos a 16bs (2 € y pico)

Pros: Comida deliciosa, Espacio impersonal pero agradable y luminoso, Estupendo para ir con niños

Cons: Que sea vegetariano y no vegano, Los Gopal y Tulasi ofrecen mejores ensaladas

Healthy food with excellent flavor

Although they delayed taking my order, it was worth it because the food was tasteful and healthy.
