Great Value tasty food

The venue is lovely. The staff are attentive. Great location. It is a buffet, great value. The menu is large and the owner Raul includes dishes from other cultures that he says a popular. They are delicious. I prefer his Bolivian Traditional dishes. The restaurant says vegan and vegetarian but I had not seen or eaten anything vegetarian. His drinks are made of fresh juice. The place always had costumers. I went several times, and will definitely go back.

Absolutely Extraordinary

This tucked-away (second-floor!) gem is an absolute can't-miss. I knew from the first time I went and it was filled with three generations of locals... turns out those same people come back every day (like me). This place is a regional culinary treasure!

Lots of great vegan places in Cochabamba but nothing like this, mouth-watering takes on potatoes, salads, peanut soups and salsas, Indian/Chinese elements, ingredients like maca, moringa, and chuño... multiple picked pepper, radish, and onion sauces... the only downside is that it's only open 12-3 and if you want the cream of the crop you've got to go before 2. Believe me, it's worth it!

Pros: Exquisite food, Friendly owner, Loyal customers

Cons: Limited hours, Best dishes can run out, Should be open 24 hours
