Spicy vegan ramen - Edit
You have to walk all the way through the clothes to reach this. It’s not got as many vegan options now as some of the earlier reviews but it still has the clearly labelled vegan ramen. Their version is vegan tonkotsu, so it’s milky, rich and creamy; it has some veggies; and is spicy. Very hard to like vegan ramen in Hong Kong so definitely worth trying!

Menu is clearly labelled for vegetarian, vegan and Vegan option if available. Slightly hard to find since it’s at the opposite end of the mall on L2 , order through the kiosk - also provides options. I had the vegan Crispy Nasu Don which was tasty with a slight gingery kick. Portion could be slightly bigger - you could add on rice. Would definitely try and upsize it if possible without having to order two of it.

Read more1. Spicy mushroom ramen (can't remember the name but it was listed vegan on the menu)
2. Edamame (vegan option)
Both were really tasty.
It's on level 2 and right at the back of the mall so you have to wander through to find it.
Pros: Tasty, Quick, Friendly staff
Cons: Not many options, Hard to find

L2 is not the second floor, keep going up until the floor is clearly marked! Veggie items on the menu are clearly marked. I recommend the steamed bun with fried eggplant and the miso hazelnut ramen.

Surprisingly many options! - Edit
They have more options than their menu shows online! You customize your order on a touchpad, so you can pick what ingredients you want left out or added. Staff speaks English and is very friendly. Taste isn’t mind-blowing but pretty good and we enjoyed ourselves!
