Not bad - Edit
I got the vegan tostada and it made a pretty decent lunch. I was grateful to have multiple options, including breakfast, but the tostada sounded good. I would go back to try the breakfast options.

Great Vegan choices! - Edit
We were very pleased with this cute restaurant. The menu has very clearly marked Vegan choices. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had breakfast and got Huevos Rancheros Vegan, French Toast and a Vegan Bowl. The tofu was delicious. The beans were a bit lukewarm but overall very happy with the food. Will return to try lunch and dinner. Some thanksgivings they offer a special holiday menu. We got it 2 years ago for take out, but you have to pre order.

Long Time Favorite - Edit
We have been going to Adams for decades through several locations. They never disappoint. Very vegan and vegetarian friendly and tons of options. Very busy but worth the wait. Scratch made and delicious, nothing fast or rushed. Great atmosphere and staff. Orange spice tea is a must every time.

Only 4 vegan options all which were very bad tasting. Service was also poor. Would not spend your money here!!

Good food, questionable management - Edit
I got the vegan huevos rancheros and they were pretty decent. I was a little disappointed that it was lots of things served on top of one big tortilla. The tortilla got very soggy and inedible. I was also hoping for more than one tomato slice and actual avocado and not a green avocado sauce(?). The tofu was really good though, I liked that it was crusted in sesame seeds and the beans were also really good.
Read moreIt has recently come out that one of the managers is questionable at best to work for, so this leaves a bad taste in my mouth because I value good working conditions. See Colorado Springs subreddit for more details😄
Pros: Decent food, Lots of options

Nice Sit Down Experience - Edit
It was the Wednesday night at 7 PM and all the tables were filled, which is a good sign that they have good food. They only had one server on the floor, which made it a little slower service than expected for the price ($18-$20 dinner entrees ), but he was efficient and kind. Maybe they staffed light because they didn’t think they were going to have as many people in on a Wednesday night in mid-October.Who knows?
Read moreHad the potato tacos, which we really liked. The beans were amazing and they charred the outside of the taco shell. Yes, it is mashed potatoes, but it was still flavorful. Also had the bowl which was fantastic! Maybe they staffed light because I didn’t think they were going to have as many people in on a Wednesday night in October.
Pros: Good flavor / large portions, Vegan and gluten free marked on menu
Cons: Pricey $18+++ dinner, Only one server- Wed night

Incredible! - Edit
The best nut burger I’ve ever had. Husband had the vegan tostada and was equally impressed. So many menu choices! If we lived locally we would be regulars.

Meh - Edit
One of the worst Mexican dishes I've ordered west of the Mississippi lol. It was described as potato tacos but tasted like mashed potatoes. The French onion soup was pretty nice at least. Would not recommend this place unless you're trying to cater to omnivores

Outstanding - Edit
Outstanding lunch at this bustling local cafe. Everything was made from scratch/house-made and “slow cooked”. The menu was clearly marked for vegan options. The food was amazing with well developed flavors and our bartender/server (Aria) was great.

Delicious lunch! - Edit
Cafe with a great variety of clearly labeled vegan options, both breakfast foods and more veggie forward bowls. Options of sesame tofu (which was delicious) and tempeh. We had the Tibetan vegetables with tofu and vegan huevos rancheros. Loved the pea shoots covering my bowl! Oat milk latte too

Great breakfast! - Edit
Went to Adam’s for breakfast. They had multiple vegan options on the menu that I didn’t see online. I opted for the vegan waffle (delicious!) and they made me some vegan potatoes. They had a fresh juice of the day, which was incredible and a selection of vegan pastries. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

we went as a bachelorette party of 9 for breakfast to fuel our fun-filled day! one amongst our group made the booking, and she said it was pretty simple! they had the community table laid out for us when we got there! our server was very sweet and knowledgable and was more than able to answer everyone's questions. there were sweet and savory options for vegans, so there was plenty to choose from!
Read morei got the huevos rancheros, which was really well seasoned and light but also filling and delicious. my only qualm is that my tortilla was left in a bit longer than the other of the same order we had for the table, so it was a bit burnt, but it didn't take away from the flavor so i don't mind. our server was also able to very easily bring me a side of red chile as well (i love it my chile christmas style).
i also saw a drink on the menu that sounded tasty, but i don't drink coffee. she was very easily able to make it a tea latte. plenty of non-dairy milks to choose from!
overall, very quaint place, lovely service, and yummy food!

Yummy bfast - Edit
We went as a group of 9, reserved booking, so got lots of food and it was all really amazing. 3 vegans, 1 vegetarian, the staff were really knowledgeable about the options available. I got the huavos rancheros which was really good (super filling) and the others got the same and the french toast (a small portion but yummy). The side of potatoes has milk in but the woman was more than happy to offer a vegan potato side not on the menu. Really lovely staff!

This is actually the only restaurant I’ve come across to have a Vegan French Onion Soup. It was pretty good, I probably would’ve preferred it without the vegan cheese topping but overall it was tasty. Their waffles were pretty okay, but I was just happy to see quite a few vegan options.

Love! - Edit
I really enjoy adams mountain cafe for a good, filling, vegan breakfast. My favorite is the sesame crusted tofu, I usually get the vegan huevos rancheros or a waffle with the tofu on the side. It can be on the pricier side but it’s well worth it. There are quite a few vegan options and I love the coffee and tea options as well.

I used to work here so I have eaten my fair share of items from Adam’s. I never got tired of it and the atmosphere is unbeatable. My faves are the charred cauliflower, buddha bowl, and senegalese veggies. You can’t beat the vegan donuts and scones on the weekends!

Delicious vegan options - Edit
Very tasty! My mom and I got both lunch and dinner here, which were great. Ethos and ambience was great, but the food was a bit pricey—for example, the Senegalese vegetable dish (so good—highly recommended) was priced at $16, but to add tofu, a main part of the dish (or chicken for that matter), the price rose to $22. We also had the cauliflower tacos, which were good but not mind blowing, the quinoa bowl, which was delicious and flavorful (the cashews were a big hit), the aforementioned Senegalese vegetables (the sauce was SO GOOD), and the Thai vegetables, which were, like the Senegalese, over udon noodles (they could’ve used a bit more sauce but were still very tasty). Overall very good experience!

We loved Adams Mountain cafe when we were visiting Colorado Springs! They have many vegan options, all marked on the menu. Everything is made fresh and it is soo good! They rotate the menu, but have some staples. Everything we tried was amazing (see photos)! Highly recommend checking out if you’re in the area!
