Delicious food - Edit
Have taken the 25 minute drive many times, totally worth it. Favorite pizzas are the eggplant, grandma, and Bianco. Also love the Buffalo cauliflower!

A classic Italian restaurant...that happens to be entirely vegan! - Edit
Long Island isn’t known for its vegan restaurants. In fact, 3 Brothers touts itself as its only one. But my love of 3 Brothers is not out of a lack of alternatives. What makes 3 Brothers great is that it is a truly authentic Long Island Italian restaurant and pizzeria.
Read moreAfter a glance at its menu, one wouldn’t be remiss for wondering if they’ve accidentally stumbled into the wrong place. Mozzarella sticks, arancini, calamari, baked ziti, and spaghetti and meatballs are all featured menu items. And they are delicious. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable.
3 Brothers does an amazing job of veganizing every Italian restaurant staple. The familiarity of their menu makes it a great place to bring skeptical non-vegans unfamiliar with the very concept of cashew milk cheese or seitan. This is the very first vegan restaurant I took my family to, and it’s so great because even the most diehard omnivores can feel right at home and not intimidated.
I regularly drive over an hour to visit this restaurant, and though I sure wish there were more vegan restaurants on Long Island, I’m so glad that one we have is 3 Brothers.
Pros: Familiar menu items, Reasonable prices, Awesome staff

One of the few all vegan spots on Long Island. - Edit
The food was not bad. The desserts are amazing! The grandma’s pizza is delicious. I wish that they sold large pizzas instead of small or personal ones. Other than that, the food was overall pretty good. They also have a brunch menu on Sundays! I would definitely will be back!

Yummy! - Edit
Been a fan of the Farmingdale location for a few years now being that I live around the block. But finally ventured to the Copaigue location which is 100% vegan. The food is amazing, service was on point and they have more options than Farmingdale. My husband (non-vegan but dabbling into the vegan world) was raving about everything from the rice balls to his Bolognese dinner to our amazing dessert! Can’t wait to come back!

Such a great joint. I am obsessed with their truffle aioli. I do wish they had wings at this location as they do in Farmingdale

Best vegan pizza ever - Edit
As someone raised on Long Island I really missed classic NY pizza when I became vegan. You can get personal artisan vegan pies but it is harder to find classic pizza. This place does it! The pizza is amazing and the other food is also delicious (I tend to default to pizza since I don't live close by and I love it so much.) Cannolis are also delicious! I have eaten there a couple of times but usually do takeout. Even my parents who are extremely suspicious of vegan food (and are born and bred New Yorkers) like this pizza.

Incredible vegan Italian food - Edit
This is my favorite vegan Italian restaurant of all time. They serve high-quality food and when I eat out with non-vegan friends or family members, they can’t even tell the food is different. I also have to mention that the desserts are amazing! The staff are very kind and truly care about the customers. However, I do wish they served slices of pizza because you can only order a pie.

can't remember the last time i received a handshake upon entering a restaurant. from the moment we arrived till exiting we were treated to a fresh, fabulous, inventive and wholesome italian meal to remember by a top notch wait staff. we ordered a ton of food and had plenty to take away for a post jones beach concert snack and leftovers the next day. i can say nothing but good things about the cauliflower wings, pesto linguini, orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe, kale salad, and fried mac n cheese balls. the vegan cheeses and meats appear to all be made in house and were a refreshing change from the processed ready made "garden variety" alternatives i've become accustomed to. this is real italian food made vegan with a wonderful attention to whole foods, using simple ingredients and just the right amount of preparation. my only regret is feeling a little rushed to get to a concert and not being able to stretch the meal out for another couple hours!

Awesome Totally Vegan Meal! - Edit
We met family at the 3 Brothers Vegan Cafe tonight 12/7/18 and it is in business! Thank Goodness! I ate a delicious and huge Caesar salad with a pasta dish then finished that off with desert, a chocolate canolli cake - it all was delicious and totally vegan! I was so impressed and overjoyed to have found this oasis of vegan food.

Great food and service - Edit
We had a great dinner experience at 3 Brothers. So many delicious options to choose from and served in large portions. The staff was super friendly and attentive. There was 7 in our party, 4 vegans and 3 vegetarians. We were all happy with our orders. They brought out warm bread and butter to our tables when we first arrived. This bread was so delicious! For appetizers we ordered: calamari mushrooms, buffalo cauliflower wings and Mac n cheese balls. The Mac n cheese balls were just ok. For our entrees we had baked ziti, lasagna, bacon cheeseburger with fries, cheese pie, and cauliflower steak. Everything was delicious! For dessert we got Death by Chocolate cake, Cookies and Cream cake, Peanut butter bomb cake, and a cannoli. They were all so good, especially the Death by Chocolate. So happy they make cashew cheese and not just throw on Daiya, although they do have it if you want it. It's available upon request. We'll definitely return

So Many wonderful options! I was really pleasantly surprised to find that they use homemade cultured cheese from nuts and not just Daiya. The pizza was great, we also got lasagna, eggplant Parmesan, ravioli etc etc. lots of food for carry-out for a hungry large group.

Pleased my omni friends! - Edit
Enjoyed an awesome dinner with some non-veg friends here. The portion sizes were generous and the food was yummy! The desserts were a little pricey and I'd already stuffed myself so I passed, but they looked INCREDIBLE, I hope I can come back soon to try some. Servers were very kind and helpful. Just a PSA, parking can be tricky.

give them a shot - Edit
The first time we went here we were disappointed. The service wasn’t great and neither was our pesto pasta. We decided to give it another chance and have now been back multiple times since and I live quite far. Is their service the best? No. But they’re not rude or anything like that. Some of their dishes aren’t the best, but others are a home run. I love their penne alla vodka, mozzarella sticks, all their pizzas, and Mac n cheese. They’re one of the only completely vegan restauarants on Long Island, so I’m happy to support them.
Read morePros: “cheese” in mozzarella sticks is actually gooey an, all vegan, good desserts
