Veggies and Tofu Wrap

    Instructions

    Slice tofu into strips and saute with oil in frying pan for 1 minute on each side. Add soy sauce. Wash and prepare all veggies. In a large plate, place a sheet of chard leaf. Top with 2 slices of tofu and rest of veggies. Salt and pepper to taste. A tasty vegan wrap recipe.

    Ingredients

    3 tablespoon oil
    2 tablespoon soy sauce
    5 large sheets of chard or cabbage leaves
    1 package firm tofu
    1 cup shredded lettuce
    1 cup sprouts, alfalfa or clover
    Vegetables of choice (optional)

      This is an easy recipe and a good base for experiment. Instead of regular firm tofu, you can use baked tofu or soyfish or soychicken. Endless options. Yum.
