Morning Fruit Salad

1 apple
1 banana
1 kiwi
1 orange
1/2 cup blueberries

2 teaspoon flax seeds
2 teaspoon sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoonp turmeric
2 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoon oatmeal
1/2 cup walnuts or almonds


Take flax seeds, sunflower seeds, turmeric, chia seeds, and cinnamon and put them in a coffee grinder or a blender. Blend until content turns into powder.

Cut fruit into small cubes and put aside in a bowl.

Pour the mixture from the blender into the fruit bowl and mix.

Add oatmeal and nuts.
