delicious and filling!
I really like this place - delicious vegan meals! people who say you can go elsewhere - not true! there isn't another vegetarian indian place in the lower mainland! go for lunch - the entrees are a lot cheaper and it a lot more quiet. I think they give a discount of a few dollars off entrees. oh - and this food IS authentic, unlike the butter chicken (which is NOT) that other people seem to want from other places...and yeah, all veg!

great, inexpensive food!
This place is great! i love buying bombay rolls and taking them down to the beach (a few minutes walk away) to eat! deliciously spicy food for quite cheap!

i have been here for 3 weeks and have been to vegetarian cafe 4 times! i ove their dumplings and spring rolls most. a lot of their stuff has fake ham which i hate but its a good place for a snack.

it is okay
i used to go here sometimes but not anymore! their food has gone from mostly okay to awful! their music is far too loud, the service is the worst i've ever had and their menu is a bit bland. i only really go to eat one or two different things. the price is decent and it is the only vegan place for a long while so that is why i sometimes go back for the hummus and bread or the yam dip both are good but it is not like they had to do much to make them - so they don't deserve the credit.

this place has cheap meals but they're gross and not worth the little price, even. :( the mithai place next door is also vegetarian and is so much nicer! i planned on buying some sweets and packaged foods here but the thali was so bad that it wasn't worth it. yuck!
