hard to find, worth the effort
I had been looking forward to trying this little restaurant for a while and finally was up this way so I took my husband and after giving in and calling for the second time for directions and having to turn around because I passed it, we pulled in.
We were sat at a table and it took a few minutes to be recognized by a server. We were ready to place our entire order when the waitress finally came around apologizing for the delay, she had a large group leaving. For our app, we had the baby bellas stuffed with ethiopian tomato salad. Very good, my husband gave them 5 stars. I had the ultimat veggie po boy and enjoyed all the flavors and smokiness. My husband, not a vegan by any means, had the shrimp po boy. The lentil salad that came with our sandwiches was my lunch the next day and was even better the next day. Of course, as they had a vegan dessert with whipped coconut milk we also had to try that. Leaving incredibly full and having thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, we are planning to go back soon.

I had been planning to go to Sublime in Fort Lauderdale when I was on vacation in West Palm. When looking for directions on happy cow this new restaurant popped up and we decided to go there since it was closer. I have never been more happy to change dinner plans. I took my in laws to their first vegan restaurant and my husband. We started with chips and salsa and guacamole. Salsa was a little spicy but cooled with the guac, very complementary. We also had the tempura veggies and my father in law raved about them. For our entrees, I had darbsters chicken which I enjoyed, non-vegans found it a little boring. We also tried the hearts of palm cakes, the southwest wrap and the veggie burger all with positive reviews. They said mine was the worst. Of course we had to have dessert and tried everything on the menu. I can't say enough about the cobbler and the carrot cake. I really enjoyed the whole meal and my meat loving family said they would go back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

had to try it
I have been a vegan for 2 years now (vegetarian 16 yrs before that)and just recently thought about a raw diet. I was interested in trying everything and so was my friend and so we shared a sampler. I thought everything was amazing and my friend said if she could eat the nutloaf everyday she would never have to eat meat again. We also had the lasagna, the tostada, and a slice of pizza. For dessert, we has the strawberry coconut pie and again were amazed. Since we knew we would be hungry after the concert we got the nachos to go. We ate all the leftovers and the nachos when we got back to the hotel and it was still some of the best food I have ever had. Will definately be going back.
