Organic Pineapple Express

easy pineapple smoothiePineapples are full of Vitamin C and manganese, which are good for your bones, among other nutrients! Delicious clean eating!

I’m not a big fan of blended or juiced fruit. I give different guidance on this depending on the person and their blood sugar issues. However, if you’re drinking soda, beer, or eating refined sugar, then this is probably a fantastic upgrade!




1 sweet organic pineapple*
12 filtered water ice cubes (large-ish)

*Taste the pineapple…if it’s average, don’t use it all for one blender. It has to be sweet to make this amazing. I will often save an average pineapple and use 50% of an amazing one and 50% of the average pineapple.


1. Peel and cut the pineapple. You will need very small pieces if you use a normal blender. If you have a VitaMix, go crazy.
2. Put the pineapple into the blender and blend that first.
3. Once that looks like a smoothie, add the 12 ice cubes and PULSE the blender until the ice is crushed to your liking (I prefer icy chunks)

Voila! You will have an icy, amazing pineapple drink.
