Onigiri (Vegan & Gluten-Free)

Onigiri is a classic Japanese dish that’s both a comfort food and a to-go meal. It’s a delicious rice ball that can be plain or filled (and the possibilities for the fillings are endless) and is usually wrapped with nori (dried seaweed)! You can eat onigiri as a complete meal or just a snack. Something Vegan created a really yummy onigiri recipe idea that uses avocado, edamame and a few other ingredients as the filling.
