Meat and Dairy Increase Risk for Prostate Cancer

Noticed this article on BBC today.  Eating meat and dairy products may increase the risk of prostate cancer, research suggests. Such a diet raises levels of a hormone called Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 (IGF-1) which promotes cell growth.
