☆☆☆☆☆Lovely birthday meal ☆☆☆☆☆

Had a really nice meal on my birthday. Joined the Zillionaires club and got a free main course for my birthday as well as 25% off the bill. Staff knowledgeable about vegan options and really helpful at making suggestions to veganise the options on the menu. Food came clearly labelled with a vegan sticker too. Will definitely go back!

Pros: Great food, Great surroundings, Great staff

Cons: Parking hit and miss

Beautiful surroundings

Worth visiting just for the building – situated in a beautiful converted church.

Friendly staff. Separate vegan menu. Vegan lasagne was nice though slightly salty.

Pros: Really nice surroundings, Several vegan options, Friendly staff

Cons: A bigger range of vegan desserts would be nice

Hit and miss

Staff are always friendly and helpful 🙂 However sometimes the food is really oily. We love Zizzis just sometimes I think food from here isn’t great.

Pros: Vegan options, Great venue, Friendly staff

Cons: Overly oily food , Not many topping on pizza compared to other zizis

Nice venue, not as good as other branches

The building is a lovely converted church and it has plenty of seating. Bit of confusion with ordering so wasn't the best service (warning to gf vegans, the gf pasta isn't vegan apparently). The pizza I ended up having could have done with a bit more cooking and topping - I've had better version of the pizza at other branches. The chocolate praline torte is absolutely amazing and would recommend to everyone. Nice food, but even better when free with Tesco vouchers!

Pros: The chocolate praline torte

Cons: GF pasta not vegan

Nice vegan cheese!

Along with the vegan pizza range, there are pastas and salads, as well as starters and side dishes. The chocolate torte was delicious too and the restaurant itself (a converted church) was beautiful inside. All in love a lovely place for a meal.

Growing selection of vegan options!

Ask for the allergen/vegan menu. I believe the new vegan menu is the second iteration, and there are a few more options now. The 'Vegan Rustica Margherita' is slightly nicer IMO to the classic style. This visit I had just the plain rustica and it was really good. At a previous visit i had a classic style with garlic and caramelised onion and it is not something i would order again - the garlic was whole and undercooked and the onion was very strong and sickly sweet, with far too much of it. I haven't tried the vegan starters yet, but the new canzone dessert is very good. Cheltenham Zizzi is probably the nicest of their restaurants I've been to purely because of the building, the old church provides an amazing dining atmosphere.

Pros: Atmosphere, Vegan menu / cheese

Cons: Need more topping options, and existing ones to be
