Great vegan options - Edit
The choices of vegan ingredients for the dish are great and you will definitely find something you like - veggies, mushrooms, tofu or dumplings! You pay for the weight and therefore are able to create your own dish as you wish, considering the ingredients as well as the volume. There are three vegan soups available and a great variety of toppings that can be refilled as wished. Really nice concept and definitely a recommendation!

Great place for build your own veggie soup - Edit
I have been there three (3) times so far. With the mushroom broth, I get the veggie fixings, noodles, cabbage, bok choy, etc.. I add garlic and other veggie mix-ins to create a semi-spicey broth.

Pros: Plenty of mix-ins to make a spicy broth, Fast service.
Cons: No simply veggie or vegan both., A little hard for English only readers., The line prep the soup can be long.

Great dry pot - Edit
Very flavorful and relatively inexpensive dry pot. I also tried the mushroom broth and did not find that very tasty. Make sure to specify vegetarian/vegan to the server.
