Looks and tastes great - Edit
I had the 'Run, piglet run' BBQ jackfruit wrap, DELICIOUS. 'Dark velvet' smoothie bowl also recommendable. Portions just right. Payed around 11€ for both ginger/apple shot. Free water. Interior upscale and pretty, but still chill. Fast working Wifi if you fancy doing some work.

Tasty burritos and some pizzas are nice. The food can heavy and most things are tasty but some can be a little bland like the sharing. Overall great place to eat and great desserts!

We had the tacos, the cowboy and the goddess - all three were incredible. Cute and cosy vibes.

Not bad, but not amazing. - Edit
Cute ambiance in the restaurant. For the price and the reviews we were expecting amazing food. We got two wraps, both we're good but for the price, nothing to rave about. The ceaser salad was the best thing that we ordered.. but still not amazing. Stay clear of the chai latte, taste like water.

Really good food and an interesting ambience. It was one of the more expensive vegan restaurants I went to in Ubud but the food was quite good. The service was also good.

Wow - Edit
Sadly I’ve only visited this place towards the end of my trip in Bali. I would have loves trying their dishes. The ones that we had were the bomb! Sort of like fusion european asian food. Sweet potato with sauce, bbq jackfruit pizza ( I can’t even describe it in words, it was sooo good) and some wrap. Atmosphere was awesome as well. We’ll definitely come back once we’re in Bali.

SO GOOD - Edit
Really tasty vegan food in Ubud. We came here once but also ordered their food using Grab aswell on Christmas day! Their food is a little pricier compared to other Balinese resturants however still very cheap in comparison to UK prices. They also have a huge menu with desserts on too!

An incredible view of Ubud, beautiful decor and lovely staff. The Bali breeze bowl was one of my best meals in Bali, but one of the wraps we got (I can’t recall which) was awful and I couldn’t eat it.

Good but pricy - Edit
I think the food here tastes really good but you can get other great vegan options for a smaller budget. It takes a lot of waiting for your order, we waited more than half an hour. It was good, but too expensive in my opinion. Also we asked 3 times for some sugar and needed to wait another eternity.

Overrated - Edit
First time rating a 100% vegan place this low. The atmosphere is pretentious and food is ok. I was very disappointed because I was impressed with their menu and was really looking forward to coming here. Very sad to say I wouldn’t come back here again. If you like the authentic vegan vibe, I don’t think you’d like this place. Staff service is poor - asked for the bill a few times and never arrived. Too dark to see what I’m eating, loud party music.

High quality vegan food - Edit
Lovely setting, friendly staff. The food is very tasty and worth the higher prices. We got the zest nibbles as a starter, which was full of different flavors. For mains we tried the high priestess and the miso crusted pumpkin wedge, both amazing with an abundance of flavors.

Serious problem it was the best restaurant experience of our lives! - Edit
This place rocks literally, great music, great atmosphere. We had the most killer pumpkin salad, yummy Fettuccine Alfredo, and don’t forget dessert probably the best dessert on the planet. Wine was so delicious. The service staff went over and beyond to make our dining experience the best. I highly recommend, take your time enjoy the fabulous music, eat some good food, relax after on the couches with full happy belly’s and eat your dessert. I think we’re spoiled and found the perfect restaurant in Ubud.

I’ll be back...😋 - Edit
Service a little slow initially, but once I’d ordered & got my food it was amazing! Amazing filling salad, delicious juice, incredible dessert, nice coffee. It is not cheap, but for the quality of food it is really outstanding & worth the price. Some waiters seem to be more on the ball than others. Sit near a window/outside space to get breeze because no fans & a bit hot if not by a window. Also not entirely clear if you are meant to take shoes off or not as some people wearing shoes inside, others not. They also checked for allergies which was reassuring. Best food I’ve had so far in Bali...I’ll be back!

Zest is kind of a posh, but also very tasteful place in ubud. You have a nice view from the Restaurant.
Read moreThe whole menu is organic, gluten- and sugarfree.
We had the zest nibbles, a mixed starter plate (89k rupiah), Jick Magger Pizza (89k) and the awakened cowboy steak (99k).
I have to say, the taste of everything was fantastic!
I really enjoy good homecooked food, but such a food experience I won’t say no to!
Super-finely spiced, extraordinary and fresh ingredients! Staff was friendly.
Interior nice, but you recognize that this is no spot where the locals go. Pricey! And kind of ‚instagram-hipster-influencer‘ vibes are definitely there.
Nevertheless recommended!
Pros: something special , suitable for people with food allergies , interesting menu and various (alcoholic) drinks
Cons: high priced (most expensive meal we had in Bali)

Tasty but expensive - Edit
Very friendly staff, lots of vegan options but the taste of the food is a bit mwah. Not very flavourable. We went a couple of times because of the scenery and menu; had one of the pizza’s, the chocolate cake and pancakes. Also we had breakfast here but the ‘Britt abroad’ missed a lot of flavour. The wine is very taste though and reasonably priced.
