Very cheesy nachos - Edit
The food is reasonable, if somewhat uninteresting. That said, this is a perfectly acceptable restaurant and one of the few vegetarian options on the island. Don’t go in expecting to be able to get tap water.

Simple food - Edit
This is a restaurant with vegan options on an island where there are only few vegan options. That makes it a good place. Other than that, the taco’s are expensive and not really special. Wouldn’t recommend it but as some of the other restaurants are extremely crowded this could be a place to go for vegan options.

Zacos Tacos to the rescue - Edit
In the small island of Culebra, where there are no vegan restaurants, Zacos tacos provides options that will delight. They offered to make a vegan taco that did not disappoint. Often, when restaurants veganize a meal, they take out so many things that the leftover is flavorless. this was not the case. the vegan taco was extremely fresh, authentic, delicious, and flavorful. I would go back to Culebra just for that! Hope they add more vegan goodies to their menu.
