Rather a strange experience. First, the café is not on the square itself but down the side of the square, near The Singular Olive. The café's name is not displayed outside. We asked if there was anything vegan as there didn't seem to be anything on the menu. We were told that the chef was vegetarian and could do something, but quite what wasn't clear. Arriving late morning, we were told that we would need to book for lunch,so we didn't bother in the end.

Hay que poner por delante en favor de ellas. Que estaban a la últimas, en vísperas de vacaciones de semana santa. Y tenían realmente poco. Tan poco como un solo bocadillo, no en carta, sino en general, aparte el bowl y una sopa. Al parecer normalmente son solo esos tres platos, que cada semana van variando. Pero el bowl de pasta rellena no nos gustó nada, un sabor bastante difícil y muy poca cantidad. La crema estaba buena y el bocadillo también. Pero es difícil interpretar al principio la carta, no sabes si estás delante de un menú con un primer plato y dos segundos a elegir o si los platos son independientes. Eso deberían de rediseñarlo con una mejor experiencia del comensal/usuario. Ya no había postres, apenas un trocito de tarta que si nos gustó y un yogurt. Hay que tener claro también que no es vegano, sino vegetariano y para todo lo que pides hay que advertir. Pero claro si ya son pocas opciones y encima algunas como el bowl vegetariano no se pueden modificar pues estás muy limitado. Lo mejor fue la atención. Muy agradables y amables, pero como os decimos, vas a comer, no a charlar y claro como experiencia curinaria, nos resultó excasa y muy difícil. Se puede entender más como un café, que así se hace llamar claramente, con algún tentepie. En fin, cuanto nuestra experiencia. Con el fin de ayudarlas a mejorar

Yum Baaar saved us after walking around Segovia trying to find a place to eat good healthy food. We went in and ordered first the soup. While not big in size it was big in taste (3 euros). The menu was very limited and we had a bowl each of the spaghetti squash with cherry tomatoes in a runny pesto based sauce. Again, tasty but limited size (10 euros each). To top off we had a chai tea and piece of cake. The chai tea was not spicy and was a good blend. The cake “rica”. Would definitely return.

Came here twice for breakfast and had the avo toast. It was very tasty but small with only 1 slice of toast. Oat milk for coffee which was really good and I also had a slice of vegan banana bread which very nice, only downside it was dusted with extra sugar on top which wasn’t necessary. Small menu

So glad Happy Cow led us to this little cafe on our day trip to Segovia. Clean and fresh inside. Vegan breakfast of oatmeal, fruit, avocado toast and coconut yogurt was delicious and nourishing. Hostess spoke English.

Love this little cafe so much. - Edit
The owner is so sweet, and the food and drinks are very yum. There are many vegan food options, and you can have plant based milk with your coffee. Sometimes it’s a little slow because of it being busy and only one person behind the bar. Still worth it. If I lived in Segovia, I’d probably spend all of my money here. Support this small lovely business!

My husband and I enjoyed a Prana Chai tea latte w/oat milk and coffee con leche w/oat milk. The Prana chai tea is my husband’s favorite so he was thrilled to find it served here.
We both enjoyed an avocado & tomato toast with toasted sesame seeds and basil olive oil. To say this was an added bonus of flavor is an understatement! Oh my. So good!!!!
Anna is such an inviting and friendly host. Her prices are very good. Take the extra time to search around the corner from where Google maps will lead you to and enjoy a very yummy YUM!!!

Incredibly fresh and scrumptious food. The lady has a rotating menu every week. We had the tikka chickpeas with rice and an amazing fresh salad with green beans and apple. The miso soup was quite yum too. Gem of a place where we least thought we'd find it!

Este es el único restaurante 100% vegetariano en Segovia y tiene muchísimas opciones veganas. Fui para desayunar y trabajar entre semana y me encantó! Lo mejor fue la tostada de aguacate (aún sueño con ella) y el café con leche de avena. Ana, la dueña, es súper maja y muy atenta a tus necesidades. Creo que es mi nuevo sitio favorito en Segovia!
