Great option for vegans visiting Joshua Tree! - Edit
Many standard vegan sushi rolls and starters along with veggie udon, teriyaki, and ramen. Server disclosed without asking the common deep fry oil. Delicious! Only complaint is that the vegan ramen came without tofu, although to be fair menu just called it ‘vegan’ and did not specify a protein alternative.
