Great Surinamese food, near metrostation - Edit
Don't think it's in a remote location, it's just a minute's walk from the metrostation Reigersbos. Worth the trip and also a great place to eat before visiting an event at ArenA Boulevard (Ziggo Dome, Afas).

Pleasant and friendly service, located right across from Vomar store. Have 3 tables for seating. Small but cater to carry out. Pleasant decor, have vegan food smoothies etc. We tried lunch box with tempeh tofu salad, yemaya burger served in spelt pita. Daily special of fish cakes. Also tried Casava and coconut cake. Everything was good. Affordable. Will go back when opportunity is there. Parking can be difficult to find in the mall area on Saturdays.

Very friendly staff. Too bad only take out now during corona so I took a saoto soup to go and a to go box.
