Not enough vegan options - Edit
Not a great vegan selection, but there are some good places. Bike rack in the back of the farmers market if you want to avoid the $10 parking fee.

Sooo many options! - Edit
I love this market! It's gotten really busy over the years which can be a bit frustrating at times but a lot more vendors have also opened up and there are tons of vegan options. It's great to go for a light lunch, fresh juices, and dessert. The Ethiopian food is especially delicious. An enormous variety of vegan treats at this market and many of the vendors will offer samples. The place could definitely benefit from more seating.

Variety Vendors with Vegan Options - Edit
I was able to try a vegan gumbo as well as a vegan crêpe one booth over that were both pretty yummy. It seems like most of the food vendors do their best to provide at least one if not a few vegan options with their menus.
