Cool owner good food - Edit
I’ve seen this truck couple times but I never checked it out and I did today. The menu is extensive. The owner has lots of really good options that are vegan and gluten-free. The food looks really good. I ordered the vegan Coney chicken sandwich and he has fresh vegan cinnamon rolls in today

Amazing comfort food! - Edit
I was able to visit this food truck at the Motor City Eastern Market pop up. The food was incredible! I had the fried brussel sprouts and the Scream'n Cole sandwich which was fried chicken dipped in buffalo sauce and topped with green apple cranberry slaw and Sriracha mayo - absolutely amazing flavor combination! My Omni friends got the vegan coney dog and loved it. Highly recommend!
