Can get expensive

The way it works is you take a bowl, fill with all ingredients you want, they then weigh your bowl, you pick a sauce (2 of the 4 are vegan), and they cook your veggies in the vegan broth if you choose a vegan sauce.

All vegan toppings are easily found as they are all on the left side with a divider separating them from animal products.
The minimum you can take is a weigh-in of 750g, including board which is i think 580g. I did this and it came out to 14€.
When bowl is ready, go to the back right of the restaurant to the toppings station. Yum! They also have my favorite black vinegar, a staple in China!
Word of advice: take way more leafy greens than you think because they cook down very small.
