Amazing authentic Chinese vegan restaurant

Lots of new dishes that we haven't seen in China before. Minimal emphasis on fake vegan meat. Emphasis is on unprocessed green and starchy vegetables. Everything was fresh and delicious. And unlike most other restaurants in this area of China there was even a very sweet helpful server who spoke some English and even explained the history and nature of the ingredients.

Pros: Variety, Not greasy, Minimal fake meat
