1) This place is very pretty and it’s a restaurant.
Read more2) Menu is in Chinese but use Alipay and you can translate everything instantly.
3) Some people complained about price, but they’re so wrong. The dishes are very large and filling and it’s not overpriced / expensive. I’ve been to many vegetarian restaurants in China and this is good for the price.
After having about 14 different dishes here, I am finally ready to give my opinion. About 5 of the dishes were great or very good, and the rest were really just OK. If I had only the just ok dishes this place would be 2.5 star place. However, if you’re lucky enough to have the great dishes this place would be a 5 star place. Having had all the dishes I had, I would say this place is like a 3.7 star. Good, not great, but if you get the great dishes you’ll love it. I should also mention I’ve come here everyday for a week trying different things. I have also heard this is the best vegetarian place in Sanya.
Also they are nice people, but agree the service just isn’t there. You really need to order something to get someone’s attention lol.

Pros: Pretty place and it’s a restaurant, not cafe style, Good portion sizes - full with 2 dishesFew , Easy to order with the app and see ingredients
Cons: I didn’t like most dishes; very few great options, You have to pay ¥3 for a box of napkins; petty, Some pictures aren’t great

Worthy experience - Edit
Pricy but a very good experience especially in China where vegan and vegetarian options are limited. The ambiance is very pleasant and hosts very friendly and helpful. Would e nice to have the Menu in English too as pictures are sometimes misleading.

Superb Vegan Restaurant - Edit
A Buddhist run vegan restaurant with a huge variety of options. You can order a la carte or go for the hot pot option. High quality food and chilled atmosphere, beautiful interior, quick service. Definitely a must go when you are in Sanya.
Read morePrice per person is roughly 80 - 120 RMB. Considering the quality very reasonably priced.

An underwhelming experience - Edit
The poor service detracts the pleasantness of the restaurant’s decoration and music.
Read moreDuring the time that I was at the restaurant, I had to stand up and go to the counter, 6 times ( I counted :p) in order to ask the waiters (4 at that point) to please bring water, refills, napkins, the food (because it took about 25 minutes to get to my table). They were not able to see me because they all were at the counter, and my table was behind it.
I don’t know how to read Chinese, and due to that factor the experience was troublesome for me.
-The menu is completely in Chinese
-No physical menu
-The menu doesn’t mention the spiciness level
-The dishes are served boiling hot, literally. The food is served on the pots that keep cooking the meal, so had to wait about 15 minutes in order to eat my meal. (Notice:one of the dishes was tofu with hot sauce)
In my opinion, they rely too much in the online order, and forget to check in with the customers.
Pros: The view, the music and the decorations
Cons: Pricy for what you get , Only online menu - Chinese

Take screenshots and translate with the translator. It’s the only way..

Game changer - you must try it. I have always opened the QR code with WeChat, however, if you open it with Alipay, you have the option to translate the entire menu without using screenshots and translating 1000x. Definitely recommend scanning with Alipay.

Tasty vegan/Buddhist option in Sanya - Edit
The food was quite yummy, especially the potato dish that reminded us of Aloo Gobi. It was so good that we ordered a second one, but they never brought it. The banana sushi is interesting and we all enjoyed it. Every dish we ordered was between good and great. The restaurant has a very zen Buddhist feel to it, and there’s a pretty decent view from the window!

Amazing vegan restaurant - Edit
Restaurant is very nice and cozy, staff is also very polite and friendly. Food is great! Their fuzhu (腐竹) was so delicious, so we ate it every time there. Order their mushroom dumplings, yummy. Pan fried noodles is the best I’ve ever tried! Also they have burger with soy meat, but it was served together with diary cheese, so check it if you’re vegan.

Beautifully Prepared Food in a Peaceful Setting - Edit
The restaurant space feels tranquil, nicely decorated with a calming atmosphere.
Read moreAll the dishes I tried were delicious (I ordered plenty and took the leftovers home “da bao”). There are plenty of hot and cold dishes as well as freshly squeezed juices.
Everything was freshly prepared and cooked with just the right amount of flavour, nothing too heavy or overly seasoned.
I had to scan a code at the table to order through their wechat miniprogram which was quick an easy, although I had to translate some of the dishes.
I went to the a-la-carte restaurant on F3, but there is also a hot-pot restaurant on F2.

Very impressive - Edit
Very nice and welcoming vibe. Extremely clean and hygienic. All the food is prepared with effort and displayed very well. The people are very nice, view is cool and an overall good experience. We were happy to find it as it is the only vegan restaurant in the Sanya of this standard.
