Fantastic vegan options! - Edit
Xin Bowl Asian Bistro is a fantastic option if you're looking for great plant-based dining. They have a separate vegan menu, called the "Zen Menu", which makes ordering completely stress-free. It features a great variety of dishes made with seitan-style meats that are really satisfying. Beyond the Zen Menu, they offer plenty of other great options, including customizable bento boxes, noodle dishes, and fresh vegetable sushi rolls. If you're looking to enjoy a drink with your meal, they have a full bar with an excellent list of cocktails and beers. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is always quick and attentive. While they don't offer delivery, you can easily place online orders for pickup, which is super convenient for grabbing a meal to go. It's great to find a restaurant in Ridgecrest that offers something other than tofu. Highly recommend checking them out!

Nice Asian bistro in the desert - Edit
Nice selection on menu. Couple veggie rolls, number of veggie stir a a selection of faux beef and chicken entrees. Full bar, nice outdoor seating (if desired) and prompt service. We came twice. Once for a bento box to go, and again for sit down dinner.

don’t worry veggies! this place has got a tON of options, in fact you have a whole menu to yourself with marks explaining what is what..

if you are staying some time in town, keep the plastic containers the food comes in, it is microwave and dishwasher safe and great as instant Tupperware
