Saigon Flavor is an excellent spot in Ridgecrest if you are looking for a unique and flavorful blend of Thai and Vietnamese cuisines. They have a lot of vegan options on their menu, and the staff is incredibly helpful and easily accommodates plant-based modifications. I also really appreciate that they are very careful and clear about noting exactly which dishes contain nuts.

My favorites are the Pad See Ew, Pineapple Fried Rice, and Chow Mein, they are always perfectly made and hit the spot. If you are a fan of curries, theirs are absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Read moreMy husband and I have been coming here for 3 years. Sometimes once a week. It's easy to get their food adjusted to be vegan, but I always get the pho. The broth is delicious and really captures the flavors you expect, instead of tasting like a generic veggie broth. They are also generous with the vegetables.
Pros: Pho broth rocks, Budget friendly
Cons: Closed Sundays, normal for Ridgecrest though

The stir fried vegetables, brown rice and Pho are always appreciated! So glad to have a place where we can go with our kids and grandkids and everyone enjoys their meal!

Nice little place. Had a couple vegetable options. We had the spring rolls but weren't impressed. We may give it another try sometime.
