This place has lots of vegan options (most of the menu), including an exclusive plant-based menu section. I had the Omakase, which is a chef selected 6 course sushi tasting dinner, which they offer as either meat and plant-based. Everything was very creative and delicious. My only complaint was that there was very little protein, just one item had tofu, everything else was basically vegetables and rice.

Best vegan sushi ever - Edit
Ask for the chef’s choice vegan sushi roll. I’ve ordered it many times—different every time and always amazing. You can even get it crunchy!

Unless I’m mistaken there’s only one vegan ramen option but it is very very tasty.

My husband and I went here with our parents and I ate off the plant-based sushi menu. I got the dynamite roll and the chefs choice roll. The dynamite roll was crispy tofu wrapped in rice and nori and came drizzled in sweet chili sauce. Soo good!

We actually went back a second time and I got the same thing. The chef roll was different this time, but even better!
I highly recommend trying this place out! Great service! Great atmosphere! Fun dining experience!

The Freshest - Edit
We ordered from the day’s special to get the most fresh fish for my husband. There was another daily fish dish that was made vegan for me. I have never had... however they made the vegan noodles! So refreshing to have safe, unusual, gourmet vegan meal. Quincy, our waitress, navigated use through the menu focusing on our tastes. She could answer any question and give recommendations from her vast personal experience. I had so many options! We are definitely going back.
