Soooo good - Edit
I was so happy to find this place - the best vegan ceasar salad I've ever had. Desserts are amazing, nachos bomb. The owners are super cool and passionate about plant based living. Home made cheeze is delicious

Dinner Trustfall - Edit
I had the trust fall sandwich (surprise ingredients other than melted cheese). I enjoyed it a lot! Also had a ginger beer and chips. Would go back when I’m in town again.

Adorable cafe with good food - Edit
I loved the atmosphere of this small, intimate cafe in downtown Columbus. If it weren't so hot out I would definitely have enjoyed the amazing patio out back as well. The food was very good, the baked goods were delicious, and they had a nice selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. A fun place to go with friends or for a date night out.

Immaculate vibes, tasty food - Edit
Chickn Pesto wrap slapped and I couldve eaten the mac n cheez bowl with Beyond for literal weeks. There was a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating, we came around 6 on a Saturday and had our pick.

Yummy comfort food - Edit
Love an all vegan restaurant! Good comfort grub - if you’re into Midwest style junk food you’ll be a happy camper! Fun ordering the trust fall. Even if the food isn’t your thing, we loved that their outdoor patio had little games on the picnic tables - we played dominos while we ate our food.

Amazing Food and Staff! - Edit
We had the elote mac and the trust fall sandwich. The trust fall did not disappoint, and the elote mac was one of the best mac dishes we’ve ever had! The staff was also amazing and so kind. We’re not from the area so they gave us a huge list of other vegan restaurants in the area to check out! Love seeing that kind of community support 💚

Woodhouse Wedding - Edit
My Husband & I are so grateful to Woodhouse Vegan for hosting & catering our intimate 40 person wedding in September 2022. My husband and I are both vegan, and found the prospect of finding vegan catering for our small wedding daunting. We were thrilled that Woodhouse, one of the best vegan restaurants in Columbus, was open to not only catering our wedding, but also hosting it!
Read moreCarla & the entire Woodhouse team made our big day incredible!! They did a fantastic job communicating prior to the wedding- we spoke via email, text, phone, and in person at the Woodhouse space. They answered all of our questions & provided helpful suggestions for how the night should run. On the day of our wedding they were flexible and provided us the stress-free easy going atmosphere we were hoping for. Carla kindly whispered a few things in our ears as the night went on letting us know how the bar tab was doing and to check in prior to serving each course. We had so much fun!
The entire Woodhouse team helped us craft a delicious multi-course meal that our vegan and non-vegan guests loved. Their drinks were also fantastic! They happily catered to a few picky eaters on the guest list, as well as provided some non-alcoholic options for our non-drinking guests.
The atmosphere was gorgeous, as always, and we were thrilled to use both the patio and indoor space. With 40 guests the space felt lively but not crowded. We even had space to install a small archway in the patio for the ceremony.
We’re so grateful to the whole Woodhouse team for all they did to make our dream wedding day come to life!

Love their mac and cheese! - Edit
I'm a nut-free vegan and am in love with their mac and cheese! A huge bonus is my local natural market carries it in their grab-and-go fridge. It's perfect for the nights when I don't want to dine in or order delivery.

Delicious Mac n Cheese!! - Edit
I got the bacon ranch mac and cheese and found it so delicious and very very filling! I also got the focaccia with garlic hunny oil appetizer, but was not a fan. Instead of being cut flat, it was just a huge airy hunk of bread with not enough drizzle.

Could use some more options - Edit
My friend and I both got the trust fall and were surprised and happy to have gotten totally different things. Mine was a jalapeño popper sandwich and it was so creamy and delish. I left feeling so satisfied but not overly full and heavy. We got the trust falls because nothing else on the menu really stood out to us as something we’d want. I hope they expand their menu to have more options.

Frisco melt was amazing- I was hella nostalgic for the childhood Steak ‘n Shake Frisco melt done vegan. Ordered that and the Hamburger helper Mac- which arrived at the table cold. Notified them, I think they were kind of unaware of the issue.
Read moreBe patient, it’s a panorama—- but also very pricey — what you expect if you were getting full service, but it’s pay at the counter and they bring out your food.
Overall, just get a hot sando and you’ll be on Midwest vegan cloud 9. Skip the rest, unless you want takeaway you have to microwave

Expensive, salty food and service - Edit
Our experience here was a bit of a disappointment. The food is good but also pretty salty and expensive. We tried the OG Loaded Nachos, Chick’n Pesto Dilla, Fiesta Melt, and kids’ tofu nuggets. When you arrive, you have to order at the register and then walk to the back garden to sit where they bring out your food. The outdoor garden was the highlight of our experience - it has picnic tables which are well spaced out with blankets to sit on, allows dogs, is decorated with lots of plants, and has a nice atmosphere, all of which we loved. My main frustration comes with the service and surcharges which I wish I had known of beforehand. Diners have to place the order just inside the restaurant. There are menus taped to the door’s entrance however there are none directly by the register to reference while ordering. As a result, when the woman who was taking my order asked if I wanted sour cream and hot sauce on the side of the quesadilla, I did not realize it would be $2 and $1, respectively, so I said yes. She then asked if I would like guacamole to dip the tortilla chips that come on the side. Knowing that guac is usually extra at all restaurants, I did ask how much that was ($2) and agreed to pay that. Only after paying did I realize that I had to pay for the first two sauces, and had I known their prices, I wouldn’t have gotten them (I paid $21 for a quesadilla and chips!!!). I was also surprised to see that I had to pay $0.50 for ketchup I didn’t ask for to go with the fries that came on the side of the Frisco Melt ($16).
Read moreAfter paying I was told, “The screen has been disinfected so you can add a tip.” The defaulted tip options started at 15%. I tipped 18% (which was around $14) and only after doing so, I was told that they would bring out the food but I would have to get all of my own table settings and bus my table at the end, so I am not exactly sure what service I was tipping.
Finally, they accidentally forgot to bring my child’s juice box with the order, which is not a big deal. But when we went back inside the restaurant to ask about it, we received a short reply that we were supposed to get the juice ourselves when we ordered it. I was not told when ordering to get the juice myself and the receipt said “NEEDS JUICE” on it. 🙃
As for the food, it was tasty but we could tell it was because there was a lot of salt in everything. Sadly, my $21 quesadilla was our least favorite - it somehow lacked flavor even with my $5 of sauces with it.

I do NOT understand the hype - Edit
My bf and I got the big Mac n cheese and it was kind of gross. The mac and cheese underneath tastes ok, I would order that plain, but definitely would not recommend. We also tried the orange chickn and broccoli. I normally LOVE tofu but it was soggy.. so bad that I only had a couple bites. The sauce wasn't good either. We also got some buffalo cauliflower which I expected to be crispy fried cauliflower w Buffalo sauce (which my bad for not reading the description thoroughly) but it was just naked cauliflower drenched in cheese sauce and hardly any Buffalo flavor😒that was the best part of the meal though.

Cons: Not good, expensive
