Not worth it - Edit
The patty in the vegan burger was cold, the deep fried mushrooms was salty, the bao was with the zucchini had no sauce or proper seasoning and the wok was plain bland. When they got the burger with chips, there was ketchup or other sauces offered.

I went here after looking at the reviews. If you like good food this is not the place to be.

Good food, but... - Edit
I really liked the food - customers can build their own meal; my wife didn't love it. We also had the Vietnamese rolls. They were tasty, but a little overpriced (then again, this is Cancun).
Read moreOur server was friendly, but failed to inform us that one of the ingredients we ordered for our wok wasn't available. My wife's food came missing another ingredient that she had ordered. I was double charged for an ingredient.
If you can look past all of these things, this place may be worth a visit.

Good options, easy to create your own - Edit
This place was a great find, they have a number of vegan options on the menu as well as the option to create your own rice/noodle bowl. This is a great way to really personalise your dinner by adding what you like - highly recommend! Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help you, even without speaking English so well

Cheap and nice service - Edit
The service is extraordinary. The food choices are good, even though the portions are fairly small for the amount of food. This was 80 pesos and it has the size of a taco. The „normal“ dishes were even more expensive

Go for the build your own wok - Edit
It's the best option for vegans on the menu. You can customize it as you please, and it's hard to screw up rice or noodles with vegetables. I personally wouldn't order the tofu because I doubt there's much turnover, but you could get it if you were so inclined. The food is good, but can be a bit bland if you don't get enough sauce. The best sauce is the peanut curry, and they'll bring you Sriracha on request. Just be sure to clarify you don't want Sriracha mixed with honey.

Bland, bland, bland - Edit
I really wanted to like this place — the ambiance is nice, the staff are nice, the house beer was surprisingly excellent. But the food was such a let down — the avocado tempura had a bit of a weird taste to the batter which wasn’t quite what I’d expect from a proper tempura, and the bao burger was a chickpea and lentil patty that had absolutely no flavor and fell apart as you ate it. No sauce, no spices in the patty, no real texture.
Read moreAlso, heads-up that the green bao is listed as vegan but also says it has a honey sauce, so you’ll need to check if it’s agave or real honey if you order that.
Good beer saves this from a one star.
