Excellent. - Edit
One of best vegan meals we've had in a while. (We were in Napa Valley, a vegan wasteland). Everything was excellent: Pizza, appetizers and curry. These people really know how to cook. New favorite restaurant in San Francisco - where there is a lot of competition.

Fantastic Vegan Food, Beautifullyy Presented - Edit
This was our best dinner in San Francisco, a city of great restaurants. The restaurant interior is inviting and cozy, and service was friendly and fast.I had the spicy curry, a satisfying portion of ginger & turmeric curry with carrots, green beans & more over forbidden rice. The black, yellow, orange and greens of the dish were a feast for the eye! My companion (a non-vegan) loved his spaghetti and meatballs with coconut parmesan. For dessert, we had the Meyer lemon cashew cheesecake (fabulous!) and warm beet and banana chocolate cake. The latter could have been a bit sweeter, there was no sign of beets, and I wished the banana was riper and cooked longer to bring out its flavor. It was still good though and quite chocolatey! Overall, a great dinner in an inviting setting.

Best Restaurant Dining Experience in SF - Edit
I had tried the Wildseed in Palo Alto, so arrived with high expectations. I wasn’t disappointed. The restaurant is located in the Marina, which is nice. Colouring and lighting are bright and cheery, as are the staff. The restaurant has a great mix of fake meat and whole food plant based options, and between the two visits I paid they had already added a new item to the menu (spaghetti and meatballs, which was incredible). If you have an omnivore parent or friend you want to introduce to vegan cuisine, this is the place to do so.

Perfection. - Edit
From the service to the decor to the food—sheer perfection. My dinner mates and I enjoyed three dishes, cocktails, and dessert which we split among ourselves. I’ll forever be grateful for this dining experience.

We very much enjoyed our dinner here. The three apps and pizza we tried were delicious, although I felt the apps were more interesting and stood out more. Prices were reasonable for SF. Would definitely return when I'm in town again!

Yummy and Fun! - Edit
My friend looked up vegan food near us because he wanted to make me feel included with dining. Excellent place and good find on his part. The atmosphere was a lot of fun and the orechiette was delicious. I would say that the beyond sausage was definitely salty tho. Don’t know if the restaurant can do anything about that. Drinks are amazing too. Butterfly pea tea infused gin is a game changer. Would take my mama here

Good food but unfriendly - Edit
I arrived as a solo party of 1 after a recommendation from a local but wish I hadn't gone, the staff were rude and dismissive. I was ignored for a long time after taking a seat. I'm still not sure what I did wrong to deserve poor treatment.

Delicious. Out of this world. Had the aubergine/eggplant pizza!! Obsessed! So good! Forgot to say the Andalusia salad is probs one of the best salads I’ve ever had! First of all just obsessed with butter lettuce in general but then the black ash cashew cheese. THE BLACK ASH CASHEW CHEESE. Wowww

Great Vegan Brunch Spot - Edit
My friend and I split a couple of their dishes to enjoy. Our 'appetizers' included their Fries ($9) which came with three different dipping sauces, all of which were creamy and delicious. Then came out the Banana Fritters ($7) and this was our definite favorite. For being as affordable as it was, I loved their golden fried bananas smothered in a vegan glaze. Absolutely a must for sweet tooths out there.
Read moreOur 'main' dishes included their Red Velvet Pancakes ($15) and the Sausage Pizza ($18). The pancakes came with three and were topped with fresh berries with vegan cream and syrup on the side. I thought these were good but nothing mind-blowing - I felt the pancakes could have been a bit sweeter but that's what the syrup is for, right? Our pizza was great though and was a good idea to order for a small party. It utilizes beyond sausage and a medley of veggies you'd expect from a combination pizza along with vegan cheese. Definitely a good option to feel more satiated.
We enjoyed our experience at Wildseed and the variety of options that they provided. Service was good - our server Jennifer was sweet but didn't really check up on us as much as I would have liked. Maybe it was the weekend busy crowd but not having our water refilled once was kind of a bummer. Luckily the banana fritters made up for that little mishap.
Pros: Great vegan brunch options
Cons: Slow service when busy

SO delicious - Edit
Went here a few weeks ago for an anniversary dinner and the food was incredible. It’s 100% plant-based. Definitely on the pricier side, but if you have the means the food is worth it. We got the brussels sprouts appetizer, which was so good. We also got the orecchiette pugliese that a good mild flavor and the Impossible Burger with plant-based cheese and avocado - so yummy. Highly recommend this place!! Our server (named Shy) was also incredibly sweet and made the experience absolutely wonderful.

Top restaurant for every occasion - Edit
Wildseed is in the top 3 of San Francisco’s vegan restaurants and you can tell by its popularity, so better reserve ahead. We want there for dinner and enjoyed the atmosphere, the great service and the delicious food. My favorite was the Pizza Blanche, accompanied by a great selection of Californian vegan white whine.

Did not disappoint - Edit
We really loved our meal here - the decor, the atmosphere, the service and of course the food were all top notch.
Read moreWe started with the corn cakes and the mushroom zeppole (basically a savory doughnut) which were both delightful - though the corn cakes were the highlight, a well-thought out combination of flavours and textures.
Next the BBQ plate for two - basically five different small plates including 2x bbq “ribs”, a Beyond sausage, a grilled cauliflower steak, a marinated & grilled mushroom and a small bowl of potato salad. Each part was amazing in itself, and together fantastic!
Finally for dessert the choc/banana cake (rich and moist) and the panacotta with berries (creamy and light) were an amazing end to the meal.
Plus our waitress was friendly and helpful - which seems to be a bit of a rarity at some restaurants in SF.
Not cheap but really not more expensive than a meal elsewhere. We had 3 courses and a cocktail each for $60 per person including tip.
Would definitely recommend to any vegans visiting the Bay Area!!!

Good, enjoyed meal and nice atmosphere. Expected a bit more. - Edit
Lovely looking restaurant with great atmosphere and a relatively unadventurous menu. Food was good with some great dishes (neatball bowl, pasta, and curried cauliflower were hits) and some ones that were a bit disappointing (flatbread & hummus, the ice cream that came with the cookie dessert). Would give 4.5 stars if i could.

Hit the spot - Edit
We were looking for a brunch spot and decided to give this place a try. We got the curried cauliflower to start—it was tasty but it didn’t have much of a curry flavor and came on top of some muhammara that was pretty mediocre. We also tried the chilaquiles (good) and the spicy yellow curry (highly recommend).
Read morePros: Everything is vegan, Spicy yellow curry very good
Cons: Not much soy or tofu on the menu, Doesn’t mark the kind of feta (it’s coconut btw)

Amazing San Francisco Vegan Restaurant! - Edit
This restaurant has the most amazing food. 100% plant based, the food is outstanding. We were a party of four, were able to sit outside, and enjoyed every dish we had:
Read more- Neatball Masala grain bowl - warm super grains, lentil and mushroom neatballs, coconut masala, kale, pickled carrots, cilantro, tzatziki
- Chicken sandwich with Belga fries
- Caponatina pizza - eggplant, olives, basil, smoked cashew mozzarella, marinara, arugula, chili oil
carrots, cilantro, tzatziki
- Belga fries - with wonderful dipping sauces
- Wild Mushroom Zeppole wirth Porcini Dust - fried dough balls with mushrooms - savory instead of sweet; see photo
I especially recommend the Neatball Masala and Zeppole (see photo). And the pizza was excellent, too.
Although it's on the expensive end, you get what you pay for, and we'd go back there again the next time we're in SF. Reservations recommended, especially for peak times.
Pros: Outstanding food, Great service, Nice restaurant and outdoor seating
Cons: none
