A smaller downtown Whole Foods - Edit
Small store compared to the one on Cambie, but still with a deli, fresh bakery and fresh bread section, lots of frozen foods, and vitamins.
Worth checking out if you are downtown Vancouver or plan a picnic in Stanley Park.

Capers Community Market - Edit
This is actually a Whole Foods disguised as a Capers Community Market. It's a great place to stop and get some vegan snacks while traveling. They had several house-made baked goods - the Laura's vegan chocolate cookie was recommended by the staff, it was worth getting it.
