Good variety of foods - Edit
Well being has a lot of choices of health foods. They have a good selection of dried pulses, fruits and lots of nuts and seeds. Lots of treats as well.

Superb health food shop right next to the vegan cafe Honey Hive at Kalabash of Culture within easy walking of Sydenham Overground station and bus stops from Lewisham.

Big range of Faith in Nature products and Butterbur & Sage (as well as many other brands).
Violife and other vegan and vegetarian cheeses.
Tivali, Fry's, Linda McCartney, Amy's Kitchen, Booja Booja and other chilled brands
Great range of pasta sauces, spreads and Pastas.
Many healthy breakfast cereal varieties and teas.
Would definitely make the effort to go there again.

Wonderful Well Being! - Edit
This is my local health food shop, and it's a gem. They stock all sorts of ingredients that one cannot find readily elsewhere (sauces, condiments et.), have and extensive stock of vitamins and supplements. Also a well-stocked selection of chilled and frozen meat and cheese alternatives, plus fresh bread, cheese etc.
