Perfect indulgent takeaway - Edit
Everything vegan which makes life so easy. This is the kind of Chinese food that most Scottish people will remember from their childhoods but maybe have not been able to indulge in since being vegan. We've always had super quick service from them too.

We love Wawin. We order it every couple of weeks. Really nice having an entire vegan menu full of all the favourites. I especially like the hoisin duck wraps, the spicy tofu fish, and the soft noodle. Everything I've tried off the menu is good though (which is most things).

Ordered sweet and sour with chkn and fried rice with some chips and a chow mein. Portions were huge !! Only negative is that the chow mein was quite dry.

I was excited to try this place, it's just a shame it's only via Deliveroo so you end up paying for that. We ordered the spring rolls, fried dumplings, chips, fried rice, salt & pepper tofu & chicken curry. It's great knowing it's all vegan, everything was great, tasty but for me no different than any Chinese take away, just the assurance it's all vegan.

Lots of choice here but we settled on a tofu green pepper & black bean with fried rice soft noodles with mock chicken. The portions were big, it was good value overall, and it tasted very nostalgic, like your typical Chinese takeaway. The food was a little bit on the bland side and could do with some more flavour/seasoning but maybe other dishes are better

I have ordered here a couple of times now. The first time I had mixed feelings because we tried a lot of the different fake meats and I’m not generally a fan. We were alright with the fake chicken and some others but the “seafood” was too much. However we have also ordered their tofu and veg dishes which were fantastic, and I’m glad the different options exist so everyone can get what they prefer. Good variety of starters, mains, and sides. Only critique is the sauces are on the thin side but just personal preference. Overall really glad this place exists, and it’s become our go-to Chinese.

Amazing selection of British Chinese dishes - so sad that it's delivery only as I don't stay in Glasgow and would have more often if I could sit in. Prices may seem high but the portion sizes are humongous. My vegan chicken soft noodles were absolutely spot on, the chips were tasty but a bit soggy from transit. Would absolutely order again when visiting friends in Glasgow!

We have ordered from Wawin a few times when in the mood for Chinese. I am not fond of their sharing platter, it's very greasy and tasteless. I have tried a few of their tofu dishes in different sauces, the Szechuan one is my favourite so far. They do a lot of mock meat/fish if that is your thing - personally, I am not a fan. It isn't bad but not brilliant either. There are non vegan Chinese establishments offering nicer food. Good sized portions.

Love that there’s a vegan Chinese takeaway to order from, so we were keen to try it. We got some tofu satay, fried rice, noodles, and spring rolls. Flavourful and good portions. I did find the sauces a little on the thin side which was a bit of a shame. Otherwise a really enjoyable meal, would order again.

Wowwww this was so good. Nostalgic, satisfying flavours of Chinese takeaway, all vegan!! I liked everything we got, which was the wawin special combo, salt and chilli chips (ok these could use a little more seasoning in my opinion!), mixed veg soft noodle, kung po vegan chicken (contains nuts), fried rice, green pepper and black bean vegan special, and curry sauce. Big delicious treat meal which I totally recommend. Amazing to be able to get all the takeaway classics vegan.

Best Chinese I've had - Edit
They do all the things I miss from the bad old days and frankly, you might be missing them too. The crispy roast faux duck pancakes are deleriousky good and they have the best vegan prawns to accompany a big noodle or fried rice dish. I can't wait to order again. Also very worth noting, the portions and price are good currently. This usually changes after a food business has been established for 6 months/1 year so I recommend everyone try this as much as possible now whilst it's still good.
