Authentic Indonesian Vegan food

I have travelled in SE Asia but Indonesia by far has been difficult to get veg/vegan healthy food (beyond fried tofu). This eatery is available on Grab with variety of Indonesian food options either vegan or vegetarian. I tried Bihun Goreng (Vegan) and it was so tasty , fresh and with very little oil. It had generous amount of black pepper that elevated the taste and a side hot sauce incase u like spice. In all it was truly soul satisfying meal delivered quickly 😋
