Delicious food! - Edit
I had the Queen burger which was just on point and quite big - fresh ingredients, tasty patty and very soft & crispy bun. Every burger comes with fries and sauce. I also ordered chocolate cake- be aware, it is insanely good and huge! Comes warm.

Great food, service can be better. - Edit
Amazingly tasty food. Probably best vegan burger I ever had. Service, though, really depends on the server. At our first visit it was a great experience while the second time we felt a significant degradation service wise.

Awesome - Edit
Discovered this cute restaurant yesterday evening, it was fabulous! Friendly staff, nice location, freshly pressed juices, and of course the food was so tasty and delicious! We had 2 different starters I highly recommend (toast with tomato, cheese, caramelized onions and black rice croquettes), then 2 burgers which were huuuuge! You won‘t be disappointed!

Food is spot on! - Edit
The food here is really good. Great quality, well cooked and incredibly tasty. I went with the Blu burger and it’s been a long time since I have tasted something that resembled so closely how I remember blue cheese. I took notice of all the dishes coming out whizzing passed me and they all looked delicious. Something for everyone on this menu. So why only four stars. In a word, service. It was busy, absolutely packed even, so I was expecting a wait to take my order. But it seemed at times I was actively ignored by the wait staff and they came across as pretty unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Best Burrito Ever! - Edit
I know sounds weird but I had a burrito and it was AWESOME !!! I love the environment the staff and the lovely terrace to chill outside. Everything so perfect, I can't wait to come back to Madrid to enjoy their food once or twice again!

Great vegan burgers - Edit
We went around trying some different spots but always ended up back at Viva Burger. It was so good and we loved everything we tried. I think we ate here 5 or 6 times. The service was great and each shift seemed to have someone who spoke English well, but even when not it was still easy to order!

We have been looking for a vegan restaurant in Madrid as we come here quite a lot. We found this today and we are very happy we did. It’s a little walk out from the centre but it’s well worth the trip.

Good, but not that good - Edit
Get ready to empty your pockets here. The food is indeed really tasty (we had a burger and the spinach croquetas) and the portions quite generous, but still it's quite above the average Madrid prices. Service however needs some serious improvement. Staff was cranky, with a "stop bothering me, b****" attitude, and our waitress was walking around kicking the kitchen door like in a Kill Bill movie scene and texting too much to pay any attention to us. We also had to wait quite some time for our order to come. In sum, despite the good food I don't really feel like coming back.

Best meal in Madrid - Edit
I came here for lunch and had the lunch viva burger menu. For around €10 this included a bowl of gazpacho, an incredible burger, potato wedges, a mango dessert and a glass of beer. I was told that as it was the special menu the burger wouldn't be as extravagant as the burgers on the normal menu but it was top class and I wish I'd gone back to see just how extravagant the other burgers are. This was the best meal I had in Madrid.

Great price for yummy vegan food! - Edit
Went here for lunch and we were very happy with our experience. They offer two lunch menus: an international menu and a burger menu. The international menu is set but the country changes each day. When we went on a Monday it was Nepal Day. The burger menu comes with a choice of their daily soup or salad, a classic burger (with special sauce, tomato, caramelized onions, lettuce, sprouts), and delicious roasted potatoes with a great sauce. Both menus include olives, bread, a drink, and a dessert—all for €11.95. We enjoyed all of the food and I would definitely recommend the burger menu!

A must for burger lovers - Edit
We ate there twice, the hamburgers were excellent! The bun is made there and is special, inside the dish itself there are several different additions that all together is wow! The fries were also very tasty.
Read moreThe other day we ate a breakfast that was a little less special but still tasty, the chocolate cake was amazing and the texture contained many ingredients. The same goes for the ice cream ball (coconut) that I think is also made by them.
One drawback: The service is pretty slow.
Pros: Amazing borgers, Great variety of dishes, Friendly staff
Cons: Slow service, A bit pricey

Wonderful! - Edit
One of my favourite places in Madrid. Discovered it when I was on tour with the band, and we came for breakfast just before our flight back home. Scrambled tofu with mushrooms from the breakfast is really beautiful. Also burgers are delicious and big. Salads are very filling and beautiful. And ice-cream is a must. Plus the staff is incredible and very attentive. Definitely will come back!

Mediocre burgers - Edit
We have been three times in total. The place looks nice. Two times we went the staff waiter that served us was simply rude.
Read moreInfound the burgers to lack consistency, more like fried hummus than a burger. They used to give chips with the burger but last time we went, we got crisps instead.
For the quality, I would say it is quite expensive

Pricey and Mediocre food - Edit
A large group of us (eight) arrived for dinner without a reservation and the staff was kind enough to accomodate us. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating in the Plaza de la Paja in the historic center of Madrid, and the ambiance is nice. Unfortunately, neither the food nor the service was particularly good. First, the person who took our drink order forgot about it and then seemed irritated when we asked again when the food was being served, claiming that we had never ordered drinks (rather than apologizing). The person who took our food order was very impatient when we asked questions, and ended up serving me something that contained soy (I have a allergy, explained that and asked for options). They did apologize and said they would remove it from the bill, but didn't. The portions were large, but fairly pricey, which is ok if the food is good, but it mostly wasn't. We were a group of vegan and non-vegans, but neither the vegans nor non-vegans seemed to like their food much. The one thing that everyone agreed was good was the dessert (a chocolate cake) that was shared. Given the experience, we are unlikely to return.
