Absolutely wonderful! - Edit
Everything was delicious. We had various starters to share and then a burger and a wrap for our mains and everything was really tasty. The wine and the cocktails were nice too!

Empleados majos y complacientes (problema con la reserva). Tanto los entrantes (croquetas de espinacaa, setas) como las hamburguesas (blú, árabe)que probé me gustaron mucho, aunque preferiría raciones más pequeñas y más baratas (recomiendo que compartáis!)

We had the set menu which on a Thursday was Argentinian themed. The food was really tasty and there was plenty of it. The set menu was really good value for money, especially compared to the burgers which cost the same as a 3 course set menu.

I didn't enjoy every aspect of my visit to Viva Burger. I'm generally a very positive reviewer, but the issues I had are enough to bring down my score of this place a couple of stars.
Read moreFirstly, from an ethical standpoint : they deliver through Glovo. This is an unethical company which exploits their workers and as vegans I think we should stand against it. What's more their menu include some dubious health claims about ingredients that are wrong and unscientific, such as adding maca to your food for a ludicrous price to increase your libido. Except maca doesn't do that, it has been scientifically debunked.
Then there's the staff. We had very troubled, elusive waiters, that took too long for very basic stuff such as turning the AC when the restaurant was hot as on oven, taking us to our table, ordering our food... Not very ideal.
Now if the food was incredible I'd understand their very high prices (14 € for a Veggie burger) but it was just quite good. The patties have a satisfying bite, but little taste. The arranges made to the burgers were not enough to differentiate them because they felt so similar and I tried 4. Serving size was excellent but I'd rather have 50% less and a more moderate price.
Overall bittersweet experience with some very unpleasant caviats.
Oh the bathroom is gorgeous, whoever decorated this place is a genius.

BEST VEGAN BURGER ON THE PLANET. - Edit
I went to this place on my trip to Madrid, and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since. The first time I went I ate the burger which blew my mind! My dad (eats meat) ate it and even swore it was meat! The favor is incredible and I couldn’t imagine how they did it. We asked the waiter (super nice) about it, and he said they use a total of 20 natural vegetable ingredients to make it flavorsome!! I love a burger that doesn’t have a bunch of chemicals and is still incredibly delicious!! The next day I went back (of course) and ate the mushroom wrap and it was also very delicious. But if you go, you have to try the burger. I haven’t been able to eat a vegan burger at other places around Europe and United States because they don’t compare AT ALL.

I took the spinach 4 cheese croquetas and the pincho de queso curado with a cafe con leche del tempo(they mix soy and coconut milk, no need to say it is delicious) and frankly it was amazing! Really nice ambience, place and staff!

Best burgers in the best setting. We arrived almost as soon as it opened and tables were quickly being filled. At this point we knew we were eating at a good eatery.
Read moreWe sat in the sun trap of a plaza surrounded by historic looking building. The waiter was jovial and made us feel welcome. If there wasn’t more of the city to see we would’ve stayed there all day.
When they brought out our burgers we impressed by the size and even more impressed by the flavours. By the time we’d finished we were already making plans to return the next day.

Got there right at 1pm for lunch. A few other tables were seated. Service was fast, food came out fast. Burgers are huge! Very filling and delicious! Came with a side of potato wedges that were also great.
