Thoroughly enjoyed our takeaway from Punk Vegan. We ordered via uber eats and had the punk fried chicken burger and hoisin burger, both with chips. My word... the burgers were absolutely delicious with the texture of each seitan fillet simply superb and the seasoning spot on. The charcoal buns were a treat too. As we ordered via uber eats we also got £10 off, as an introductory offer so ordered the Rhino-Lishious bite box as well. The s&p chicken nuggets, buffalo bites and hash brown fries were tremendous with the creamy slaw cutting through perfectly.

The venue is nice, service was totally fine, although they were understaffed.
Read moreMost of the food was totally bland: the 'cheese' sauce on the nachos was watery, grainy and unflavoured. The specialty mayos were brightly coloured but tasted just like normal mayo. The seitan chicken was actually very decent, but the beef burger patty was bizzare. I actually had to spit it into my napkin as it was full of a chewy fat-like substance that I couldn't chew through or swallow. I'm not sure if we just got a bad batch as I assume they don't intend to serve the burger like that. It was genuinely inedible.
I'd like to give them a second chance as I think we may have just caught them on a really bad night... However, the memory of that burger patty is haunting me.

One of the best vegan places we've ever eaten at! - Edit
Absolutely superb food and really great service. We were in Leeds centre for a day and decided to drive just out of the centre (5-10 mins) to try Punk Vegan.

All four of us couldn't fault it. It is one of the best meals out we've had. Definitely going back. An easy 5*

Decent food with nice vegan alternatives. Speedy delivery on deliveroo too. Only feedback would be that it felt over seasoned and over cooked which made it all feel quite heavy. That being said, ate and enjoyed it all so would recommend.

They’ve really gone downhill. Over priced. Small portions. The worker was not welcoming at all and rude. He charged us £1.50 extra and was hoping we didn’t notice. There was no space to sit so he told us to just wait about and didn’t even give us menu’s to look at. By far the worst vegan food I’ve ever had.

Such a nice little place and so convenient right in the middle of the student area. My friend and I shared the Cauliflower wings (my personal favourite), the nachos (lovely creamy bechamel-style cheese on top which I've never seen), and two burritos. The place is quite small but nice inside and the food was lovely and came quickly. Definitely some of the best vegan fast food options I've seen.

Really wanted to like this place. I had the cheesy chips with mayo and the cheesecake, and both tasted really bland. Very disappointed because reviews were so good. I ordered takeaway so not sure what the vibe was like.

Popped in here for a bite to eat before a visit to the Brudenell just around the corner, and we were blown away by the quality. Really well laid out, with comfy seating and a relaxed vibe. Had a great chat with the chef who has been vegan for five years and keen to develop and experiment with recipes and ingredients. We tried the jack fruit bites, cheesy chips, burgers and a selection of dips and all were fantastic. Also a really good selection of cold drinks. We'll definitely be back😄

I went here with 8 friends for my birthday meal. We had a sharing platter plus cauliflower wing burgers. Great selection of food with exceptional service! You can BYOB and there's a Sainsburys nearby. They were low on food due to being a Sunday tea time but nobody was disappointed and they were happy to make substitutions.

Unbelievable vegan food, great decor and friendly staff - this adorable cafe is by far the best in LS6. We ordered spicy pizza, nachos and jackfruit bites - all delicious. Of course made room for shortbread which went down a treat with coffee. Already planning our next visit.
