Vegan Breakfast Is Delicious!

They don’t have many vegan options but I was very happy with the tofu scramble, and it’s only $8! It’s far from huge but left me satisfied in between flights. Nice atmosphere too.

Pros: “Vegan Breakfast” Served All Day, Appear To Also Have Vegan Burger/Patty, Nice Atmosphere

Cons: Not Many Options

Excellent veggie burger

Pleasant atmosphere and great veggie burger. They also have a vegan breakfast with tofu scramble and avocado that I didn't try.
FYI, SLC airport lists food options for particular dietary needs (including vegetarian and vegan) on their website: https://www.slcairport.com/dining-and-shopping/dining-2/special-dietary-options/

Good Options at SLC

They have several options for vegans- vegan breakfast, a hummus wrap, and a veggie burger. I tried the veggie burger which is really tasty. It was made up of roasted veggies, garbanzo beans, rice, quinoa and oats. The chips and salsa are really good as well. Definitely a good option for a traveling vegan/vegetarian.

Pros: Vegan breakfast was labeled, good food & service

Cons: Should label all vegan options
