Serves meat, vegan options available. A chic and green salad bistro also making sandwiches and soups. Uses dairy and egg, so vegans need to specify and see what the kitchen can offer you. Uses some fresh produce from the owner's farm. As of Feb 2014, one other location in Santa Fe. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Huge portions! - Edit

I have been there twice, and enjoyed the Asian Chopped Salad both times, with added grilled tofu. Loved the food! Not cheap, but truly large portions. Very cute, trendy ambience and good service. Tons of options for vegans.

I've been to the one in Santa Fe as well, and they are just as good!

Pros: Lots of options, Friendly staff

Cons: Expensive

A happy regular eater - Edit

I live in ABQ and love to eat at Vinaigrette, much of the menu can be made vegetarian and a good number of the items can be made vegan. All the salads are built to order. You can change salad dressings to your liking. Beyond the great salads, I love their mushroom stew (vegan). They offer a 'lunch couples' menu at noontime which consists of a cup of soup and a half portion of their salads for $10. This is plenty of food for lunch. They routinely offer seasonal specials and there usually is at least one new vegan item offered in addition to the regular menu. Fresh food at fair prices. Great for dinner too. So happy they opened up in ABQ (they started in Santa Fe).

Pros: Great, fresh, organic food, Flexible menu, vegan friendly, Bright environment

Cons: Some tables have back killing benches

Kale salad was superb. Ambiance charming. - Edit

I loved the salad. Tasty and fresh. Wine selection also good. I tried their house Pinot and it was delightful. The decor is pleasantly unique and the staff professional. The playlist was perfect to create a nice dining experience. I will definitely be back.

Pros: Ambiance, Salads

Cons: None

Nice Vegan Options Available - Edit

I ordered a kale salad that had black beans, avocado and pepitas. I asked them to hold the cheese and add some beets instead of chicken, which they happily did. The lemon vinaigrette made it a great salad. Not cheap, but the big takeout box was enough for lunch and dinner. The interior was light and featured nice colorful paintings.

Pros: willing to veganize, lots of veganizable options

Cons: expensive

Super hip, super tasty - Edit

Not vegan, but very easy to eat veggie and be happy. Pleasant ambience, good beer, and the crowd was a good mix of families and hipster wannabes like me. I felt right at home and left looking forward to my next visit.
