Unclear if open for business

I've visited this place 2x in the past two weeks (most recent 2022/09/09) during posted business hours but it was not open on either occasion. The main sign remains up but no other indication (i.e. note on door) if it is temporarily closed or gone.

Another reviewer on Google Maps mentioned the same thing two weeks ago.

I noticed one of the comments on Google maps said that they have moved to a location near exit 5 of Songshan station. But I can’t see an exact address. It seems the owners haven’t updated their address on Google yet?

I'm not sure where that would be. The current address is across the street (and down an alley) from exit 5 - the entire block that exit 5 is on is for an elementary school, I believe.
