Best Vietnamese I’ve had in years - Edit
We come here so often they know our order! Best spot in town I think. All of their vegan options are really delicious and the service is great. My favorites are the vegetable tofu curry dish and the veggie noodle soup. They will also make veggie noodle soup in a child’s size for kids. My husband likes the vegan beef, which is a little spicy but still really good. We usually get the pan fried tofu dish for the kids and they love it. The veggie spring rolls have vegan meat in them as well and they’re delicious especially with the peanut sauce.

Tasty curry, good value - Edit
The place was pretty full when we walked in, which is always a good sign. I had the veggie spring rolls and the tofu curry, and both were quite good. $12.25 got me a good-sized bowl of curry and a side plate of rice (uploaded photo), which I was unable to finish. Our server warned me that the curry was spicy, but I think it was pretty mild. I would definitely go back and try the other veggie items on the menu!

Superb - Edit
This is my favorite place I've eaten in Huntsville so far. The vegan beef and mixed vegetable is fantastic. Full of ginger and spice, exactly my palate. They bring it to you still cooking on the plate. Wash it down with some peach boba 👌

I had the spring rolls and fried noodles with tofu. They were really good. Definitely will be my go-to place if I'm in town. Spring rolls weren't my favorite, but they weren't bad.
