Disappointing “vegan options”

After finding this place on happy cow and reading over the menu which stated vegan options, I was eager to visit and see for myself. I ordered the “vegan” mushroom tacos with stated came with cheese and sour cream. I expected the dish to come with vegan cheese and sour cream since the menu stated it as vegan. What my server brought me was a taco shell with chopped mushrooms, nothing else. I asked about the vegan option and I was told that this was it! In that case , almost everything on the menu could have been made vegan by simply taking out any animal/by products. Extremely disappointed to have spent over $10 for such a measly “vegan” meal. I won’t be back
